  1. folks this show is qualifier for five nations at birr terrier and lurcher,convy show in wales.and the champion of champions at midland game fair,thanks to tracy and the countrymans weekly also the whippet championship at shanes castle2015.
  2. lads I don't put classes up ive too much to do but classes can be changed if anyone has any thoughts pm me. one thing regarding whippet derby date for entries was originally wed 23rd at 6 oclock I am sticking to that date not Thursday 24 ok thanks to all that showed for trials last night was a great turn out.
  3. Great news for DWTC Show and Race Day at Feaghbridge on Sunday 27 July 2014. A sponsorship deal has been secured for a Mid-Ulster Whippet Derby to be ran on that day. The winner will receive a trophy, cash prize and a presentation coat. Dogs will have to run out of boxes, so no excuses ring James and get dogs schooled early. Entries will be accepted up until Wednesday 23 July 2014. Late entries will not be considered. If there are any further queries, please contact me. T

  9. I would like to thank Barry,Joe,Terry and Ryan plus anyone that helped with the event on Sunday. I thought the judges did a very competent job,the hound judge could of been better but that's life. The racing was competitive and fast and ran smoothly .I can see good times ahead for this club now they have gone alone. good luck in future,Tom.

Well done to you and nigel plus your families are a credit to you. lees girl is a star, the show went well but weather could of been kinder, big entry of whippets and lurchers hope my judging did not upset anyone appleblossom needs a big shout plus the hurley clan great help and hope they will have us back.yours in sport,tom.

  15. Albert can you clarify entry to directors challenge races,are any dogs that qualified for master mc grath 2011 2012 not allowed to enter it.its a long way to go to get whooped again.Good to see you about again big K talk later.

  18. I would like all the organizers of the show.I had a really good day totally suprised to win overall with my dog tyson. Goes to show that the judges were not breed blind.thanks to derek lutton for his help also.special word for john and margaret for judging and all the reports,deidre for all the great photos.big thanks to the gilford boys ian,justy and ben,they always try to do there best. ps well done to katie taylor and nicola adams for winning gold they give us all a good feeling today.
  19. Thanks Margaret for your kind post what would we do without you!!! I would like to thank everyone who attended the show despite the rain at times. Big thank you to everyone who helped in any way, Martin Lavery Pet Foods for help with the dog food prizes, Castlehill Vetinary again for their sponsorship of the Champion shields, Albert Titterington for the cash prizes, which I will get to the winners in the very near future.
