I was brought up round dogs my step dad was a terrier man an he got a lurcher rough coated dog called gin he was being starved by a young lad my step dad used to let me feed them with him I took to gin an the bound we built was one I don't think I'll ever experience again he wouldn't leave my side when out an off the lead he turned into a very good dog on all game I'll never forget this dog along as I live I only know him as a lurcher no specific breeds but what a dog RIP old boy
