Thanks Phil, I'd bung some pictures up but can't download them even with a photo resizer. How's your dog bred, and what sort of work do you do with her
-
Thank you for the replies lads. I'm lucky enough to have my dogs out at work with me every day but there is plenty of time for a bit of obedience search work or tracking or just a walk. She seems to be the sort who will go out of her way to find the $h17 even though there is plenty to keep her occupied. I thought the pineapple juice solution sounded like an old wives tale but after a bit of research on various forums I thought I'd give it a go. She is a working bred bitch I imported from the Czech republic, in every other way she is perfect wanting to please and settling in very quickly (I've

My 7 month old GSD pup is fed on CSJ lamb and rice, raw lamb and beef bones and chicken carcasses but finds hers and other dogs $h1t irresistible. I've recently tried mixing in pineapple juice to the CSJ on recommendation from the vet but all that has done is loosen the stools. She has eaten the stools for as long as I've had her. My yard is cleaned every time the dogs go out. Can anyone offer any causes or solutions. Thanks for reading

For Sale Hand Made Knives And Axe (Quite A Few To Sell)

Matt, could I pre order one along the lines of the 1st one in this ad please. By the way the blank you sent arrived on Wednesday. Excellent service again thank you.

I don't think that having pricked ears makes a dog noise intolerant although I agree temperament is a major factor. I wonder how many service dogs have fought alongside soldiers in the last 150 years and how many of those were gundog breeds
-
Do you already have a gsd or are you looking to buy one for the purpose of gundog work. I have seen plenty work to the gun as rough shooters dogs, they had nose to find game and soft mouths for retrieving, suprising considering a couple were used for bringing down two legged game in schutzhund trials. For what it is worth I think a good gsd is the most versatile of dogs that can do the jobs of most others to a more than acceptable standard

Gun You Most Regret Selling??
offtheradar replied to mattybugeye's topic in General Airgun Discussion
Falcon fn8 single shot light Hunter in .22. Still shoots well a mate has it. -
The thing I like about Czech breeders is that they are not scared to outcross. For instance in the pedigree (I shouldn't use that word on this site) of my pup there are a couple of west German and a Dutch working GSD. The Czechs idea on this is that if the dog can do the work then it is a Czech type dog. If only our 'esteemed' kennel club could open their minds a bit and see sense
-
I hope so mate , she is from the jipo me kennel and both parents are titled so she stands a good chance as long as I don't cock it up. Hutch, that black and tan in the bottom picture looks like a proper old type and judging by the the reaction when you rehomed it you must have made an impression on her.

hope it works out, them Czech/R are good dogs ,should do well

I had my lost my last gsd over ten years ago now. She was £175 with no papers and was probably the best dog I've had. I am currently waiting for Sunday the 28th September for my next gsd to arrive. She is an import from the Czech republic and will be 23 weeks old. it's been a long wait and now I'm getting a bit anxious for her to arrive. I have a reasonable amount of experience with this sort breed having been the 'decoy' for guard work, tracking and obedience training but let's see how she turns out

Thank you, no offence taken I appreciate you putting it up for others. I'll have another go at it later

Maybe I'm being a bit paranoid but I think it might be my ad in the gun section that has prompted this thread. If I could ask white rabbit or anyone else for some advice please. I already have the app on an Android phone and can send pictures any other way but can't post them on here (believe me I've tried and not just on my ad). When I get to the part that white rabbit has put up in his post there is not the HTML thumb option. All updates available have been done. Any ideas please.

My Hilux only has power from the left rear wheel in 2 or 4 wheel drive. If it's in low ratio then the gearing changes as it should but still only the one wheel providing power. Could the diff be knackered? Any other faults you could suggest? Cheers

For Sale Last Of The Fieldcrafter-Uk Blade Blanks For Sale
offtheradar replied to midnight's topic in Miscellaneous
Hello midnight, the blanks arrived yesterday, thank you for sending them so quickly. Just hope I can do them justice when I come to do the scales. Just out of interest what are the handles made of on the small fieldcrafters in the bottom picture of your ad? -
Hi all, not sure if this has been done before but thought I'd share this. Basically it's an app for your mobile that gives you the landline number that the 0870, 0844, 0845 and 0800 numbers are registered too so you can call them at your normal rate. It saved me a bit of cash when I was phoning round for car insurance quotes recently. Cheers thanks for reading
