    Years ago when we were breeding Birds of prey we had the quail in a 3 tier battery type system, Youngsters in the top, layers in the middle and those ready for the freezer in the bottom, along with a 100 egg incubator, they hatched in around 18 days then transfer to a brooder it was some set up, always found if you kept them in a normal Avery they would fly up and scalp themselves on the roof. They are the fastest breeding bird in the world,

    I am just remembering stuff from school and an interest in dinosaur's as a kid, that was a long time ago now though Lol As for proof then google will just give you contradictory answers as will the science journal's, Truth be told only a small part of life on the planet survived the last asteroid that hit the northern hemisphere. There have been fossils of fish from the time found with glass buried in there skulls and other bones that had returned to earth from high in the atmosphere after the impact.     Show me your evidence!. The climate on this planet was changed in a very, very short period of time from hot and humid to an ice age in some regions, volcanic eruption's in others, No dinosaur had enough time to evolved to combat this change. i find it very hard to believe the one and only species of dinosaur to survive had already evolved enough to survive, Around 50% of all life was wiped from the planet. In my view its far more likely that birds evolved from one of the 50% of species that did survive.

    Lets start by saying the evolution of reptiles to birds is all assumptions based on guesses. 65 million years ago an extinction event occurred that killed off nearly all of the cold blooded creatures on this planet. This is a fact based on evidence, Now for the guess work, it is believed that one small group of dinosaur's survived because they had developed inter locking scales, like the pangolin of today, These scales trapped air and so insulated them from the cold, But this would mean that they had also become warm blooded, Again the assumption is that these scales then went on to change in
