  1. The legal status of cats under the UK Animal Welfare Acts is that of protected animals. UK law generally regards companion animals such as cats as personal property so that any damage or harm to a cat is legally the same as damage to any other piece of property. The law applies not just to cats which are clearly linked to a single property and an identifiable owner, but also to stray and feral cats that may occasionally be fed by humans

    Goose Eggs ??

Years ago when we were breeding Birds of prey we had the quail in a 3 tier battery type system, Youngsters in the top, layers in the middle and those ready for the freezer in the bottom, along with a 100 egg incubator, they hatched in around 18 days then transfer to a brooder it was some set up, always found if you kept them in a normal Avery they would fly up and scalp themselves on the roof. They are the fastest breeding bird in the world,
  3. Theft Act 1968 Cats are regarded as property in the eyes of the law. This means that cats who appear to be stray or lost are still considered the property of their original owner and so adequate steps must be taken to locate the original owner where possible. Criminal Damage Act 1971 If a person harms or kills your cat without lawful excuse* then they may be liable. Not only is it an offense for anyone (including the owner) to cause unnecessary suffering to a cat but it is also classed as criminal damage if someone harms your cat because the cat is considered your propert
  4. Never mind DERFA best advice is, "What happens in Vagas stays in Vagas"
  5. Its covered by multiple laws mate, google it.
  6. The criminal law also covers harm caused to a cat by a third party (somebody other than the owner). The law makes it an offence to kill or injure companion animals (see definition at page 5) so that if a person harmed or killed a cat belonging to another they could be prosecuted. Ownership of the animal does not have to be proved as the law recognises domestic cats as protected animals. So, in the event of the death or injury of a cat caused by a third party (even where ownership of the animal cannot be established) the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) may consider a charge of criminal damage,

    Goose Eggs ??

Coturnix Quail eggs are beautiful, Duck eggs on toast is my perfect breakfast though,
  10. Cats are regarded in law as property, so the theft of a cat is treated as an offence under the Act, in the same way as theft of any other property. A cat that is lost or has strayed is generally regarded as the property of the original owner. It is therefore necessary to try to return a lost cat to its owner.
  11. He gave all his WhatsApp messages to a journalist to compile them into a book about the covid period, She signed an NDA but believed the messages needed to be in the public domain and so broke that NDA.

That c**t got away with prosecution because it was said that he was to ill to stand trial.
  15. Where do they think the slaves came from and who supplied them? also more whites were forced into slavery than blacks!, about time the political elite put there foot down and said "Enough is Enough" to all this crap. The strange thing is when blacks enslave blacks its called "Tribal" when whites buy them off them its "slavery"
  16. I am just remembering stuff from school and an interest in dinosaur's as a kid, that was a long time ago now though Lol As for proof then google will just give you contradictory answers as will the science journal's, Truth be told only a small part of life on the planet survived the last asteroid that hit the northern hemisphere. There have been fossils of fish from the time found with glass buried in there skulls and other bones that had returned to earth from high in the atmosphere after the impact. Interesting subject though, But for me there are still a lot of questions that are
  17. Show me your evidence!. The climate on this planet was changed in a very, very short period of time from hot and humid to an ice age in some regions, volcanic eruption's in others, No dinosaur had enough time to evolved to combat this change. i find it very hard to believe the one and only species of dinosaur to survive had already evolved enough to survive, Around 50% of all life was wiped from the planet. In my view its far more likely that birds evolved from one of the 50% of species that did survive.
  18. Lets start by saying the evolution of reptiles to birds is all assumptions based on guesses. 65 million years ago an extinction event occurred that killed off nearly all of the cold blooded creatures on this planet. This is a fact based on evidence, Now for the guess work, it is believed that one small group of dinosaur's survived because they had developed inter locking scales, like the pangolin of today, These scales trapped air and so insulated them from the cold, But this would mean that they had also become warm blooded, Again the assumption is that these scales then went on to change in
  19. So they don't fly all winter, only when its sunny Lol,
  20. What i was never able to get my head around Is. Reptiles are cold blooded, How can a cold blooded reptile move quick enough to be able to fly?
