Our party ended up with 4 salmon and 6 seatrout this week should of had a lot more as we didnt fish hard ....I was dealing with 2 litters of fox cubs so was waiting out at nights so never got a cast after dark ......one of the lads had a 6lb sea trout on a beat above us a real crackin fish

From what Ive seen so far AJ looks a class act and a very focused ,humble and driven young man and I predict the way he will put Johnson away will show us that there is something special there .....I hope he goes onto unify all the heavy weight belts hes the breathe of fresh air the heavy weight division needs as it seems just full of egos at the moment that are all dodging each other

Ive got a party on our beat this week not as much salmon so far this year but a good run of sea trout saw plenty of decent sized Troots today ....watched a real lump of a fish sitting in a lie this morning must of been close to 30lb...watched a few fish come of the bi g5 mtr tide but they were not for stopping and were running we need a few more resident fish to stop them . I had a salmon about 6-7lb on the 13 footer and two seatrout were landed by other lads one 3lb one 2lb ...theres been a bit of rain today so the river will rise for tomorrow .

The sea trout numbers have boomed the past few years on the NE of Scotland with some big runs of 2-5lb fish ...I was out today and saw plenty just waiting for the wind to drop and I will be outfor a cast .....
