Thanks rew, that's sound very similar to this pup so it may have been the doubled up that has done It had him out and took it easy with him gonna bring it back to basics again I think got all summer to get him in shape training wise, and Goodluck with your bitch let me know how you get on, what might help your bitch may well just help this pup abit. Sometimes I sit here and Watch these posts unravel on here and see each person take a different side I haven't read the article so won't comment on it but what I will say is the problem with this sport is that men are to fast to blame eachother the chavs the tracks bottom brigade,I know some lads who you'd call the tracky bottom brigade who arnt like how people on here portray them to be with respect for quarry themselves and there dogs and that's the problem with this sport none sticks together everyone to there own unlike the antis power in numbers. Well got home from work and took the pup out for a wander. Just the usual walk round the local park with the usual s**t really,noticed a better number of rabbits and baby's about which is good to see there hasn't been many about in here for a while. Anyway more to them pointo at 9 months I thought I had this pup pretty much were i wanted him. He was jumping,sitting,Down,staying and retrieving (fur dummys bottles etc). good recall, good on the lead. Sounds like someone put them onto you if there popping other shed locks,I'd be looking closer to home since yours was the only shed stuff went missing from.wouldn't give in cos of some low life scum not willing to put the effort it don't give in yet mate not till you legs don't work no more obviously have enjoyed your time in the feild f**k the scum.

Dogs are a living creature not a robot meaning there is room for error,For me a good dog man isnt one who has the best dog but one who turns his hand to any dog he has in his kennel.Every dog ive ever had has had there flaws and each has taught me a separate lesson

From what you've posted sounds like the pup is unsure to me your son coming towards him with pack of toilet roles, it wasn't your son the dog was unsure of/ growling at it was the toilet roles he was carrying as for the builder did he have big padded coat or high vis on?. to a pup anything it hasn't seen before can cause it too growl fight or flight response just like us some fight some run(so too say) and i a animal has no option of running it will fight. As said before the only way to know is read the dog. The fact you say your pup looked at you before it turned its attention back to the -

See thats what i want him to do he is about the size of a springer and never has his nose of the floor but he just goes to far ahead if he was to bush anything it would be to far away he is about 3 any help or advice os welcome never trained a bushing dog before let alone a older on only ever trained lurchers
