    The best advice you will get is "Get out with your dog" if you have don't know anyone to get out with chances are if you post that you are looking for a tag along you won't get it. Unless someone is an absolute brilliant judge of character you could be the town crier not jonny tight lips. Get out with your dog anywhere your dog is likely to smell or spot a rabbit, don't just walk the beaten trail get in the growth, the forest areas ect and act like a complete loon egging your dog on hissing and getting him literally buzzing his tits off it won't take take long till he's flushing the rabbits o

    Although you said the. Dog has the trots is it always runny or does she have a slid stool first and then have a couple of very soft/runny stools as my border sometimes goes this way and you have said its your first dog????

    Nice one, my 8 mnth border has just started.really going into the cover past few days but this evening flushed a few rabbits out and probably first time I've seen him full prof and he can really move.

    Ihe has seen a couple of rabbits and has gone after them and he took down a very vicious looking leaf that was blowing down a gravel path we walk on.

    He leaves, sits, lays, stays basic in home putting time in now on the commands when there is distractions.

    He' s temperamental at coming bk he likes to finish what he's doing first we r always out mooching have been since he was 3 mnth ish. Gonna get a ten metre lead maybe longer to help train his recall.

    Never hunted with any type of dog but I'd like to.. got an 8mnth border terrier and I'd like to give it a try been making some rat traps nearly ready for setting but has anyone got any tips on training methods that have worked, what a dog should no ect..

    Do you get your dogs neutered if ur not planning on breeding or do you wait to see if they make the grade to decide on the future. I know if your planning on breeding you get the dog graded/pointed is it. I've got a 8 8 mnth border male.

    It has been mentioned to me today that dog thieves operating in my area are leaving coloured spot stickers on gates or fences indicating times [BANNED TEXT] dog is out unattended. So keep an eye outfor the b*****ds

    Ii no mate but for animal lovers or people who care about animals welfare 120 before you start it seems excessive but I would have paid it.

    Your mate needs to do something if he doesn't he and others before him are allowing this to happen to other owners in the future if he kicks up a shit storm and.shows the country what they're upto he will be helping other owners from the harrassment and persecution of the rspca.

    Fat man I hope you don't think I was condoneing breeding off unproven animals I was just noteing the fact that proven to proven isn't guaranteeing quality offspring. If you look through most breeds not just terriers. Ppl are breeding for money which is not good, plus slightly off point ppl are making up breeds now and claiming the animals are worth 500 plus which is hurrendous. There is too many people who only care about the money.

    Woke up this morning ready to get the pup to vets gets downstairs and he's bounding around chasing the cat and the boy gonna keep an eye on him but I'm gonna go out on a limb and say whatever it was isn't bothering him anymore.

    Pipe just come in limping no helping or fuckall, come in licking sole of his foot, went to see [BANNED TEXT] he was licking at and he started yelping. No issues with Amy of the joints it seems but got on Fone to vets and they said 120 if I think it really urgent he's not yelping at all and he's walking on it albeit cautiously is rather not wait til morning but it does seem like it may save me 120 quid.

    If you aren't guaranteed a good dog/hitch from breeding two proven dogs then surely if the hitch isn't any good she could still produce good workers there is not guarantees with any scenario so what s the issue ?????
