  2. I spoke to John a few years back on the phone. He was so genuine on the phone and down to earth and very easy to talk to. Its sad to see, that someone so nice that trusts you, gets kicked in the face like this..

  10. Thanks. Yes, he seems fine, just not too keen drinking cold water. But when i warm it a bit his grand. Apart from that his 100%, eating crunching bones ect.

  12. the deerhounds you use Dan , that prob started your stag line, are very different dog to whats being bred to day , and should imagine that even today , that if you wanted to put drop more deerhound in your stags, that the deerhound over there, is bound to have drop of stag or even maybe drop of bulldog in it veins of 7-9 generations gone, still classed as deer hound , but from working lines.The dog over here not what you keep in the USA or in Oz for that matter . that why lads over here put drop of wheaten or pit in the deerhound x to put bit of grit in them , a pure deerhound of

  18. Thanks. He has been to the vet already and vet touched it and messed with it and said, ''his not pulling away when i touch it, it should be fine. '' However, i will keep an eye on it.
  19. Thanks. Its chipped at the tip a bit, not half way up. He seems fine, but when drinking cold water i can see he licks his lips a bit and closes his eyes, but drinks fine when water a little warmer.
  20. Any of your dogs had their main k9 tooth chipped, how did they get on?
