    Never spoke to man, don't like or dislike him and know very little about his terriers but as an author he is far from the best, unless you need to roe read same thing over and over again, not a dig at man but he is nowhere near the best author some make him to be.     You will do the beep test and mile and half best effort. The key is not too give up. I was made to pass folk that failed time as long as they put in best effort. As soon as you hit battalion you will be made fit. Like it or not lol let me know when your in catterick

    At caterick you will get run on Tarmac for your time. But you'll train on gravel paths over moors for fitness both in trainers and boots whilst tabbing mate. The Tarmac route ends in a hill about 1/3 mile. That's where you see new recruits vomit lol

    Keep at it, try and push through the walking spells. It'll come pal. If you oh to catterick tho there's a few hills so get training on them aswell
