The Government is telling us how the elderly will have to sell their houses to pay for nursing care, as they don't have the money to meet all the costs.Well, I've had an idea... We give every pensioner a Colt Python and 3 rounds, to shoot 3 politicians of their own choice. Now, I know this means they will be sent to prison but think about it.... They will receive free,secure accommodation with someone to keep an eye on them 24/7, with 3 meals a day included. Im no fan of new labour, but statements like that make me laugh.. We were in fecking debt when labour came to power in '97' there were no profits to inherit! Statements like that just reinforce the false view that whatever a current government do to f**k it up, it can always be blamed on the government before it.. The same tired old bollocks gets trotted out every time.. I'm glad to see a large proportion of the voters are waking up to the fact, and hold the hope that next time round they turn out in force and vote for 'none of the above.' UKIP is the way forward IMO.. likely you ar

Sorry to shatter your illusions, but governments of ALL parties (Tory, Labour and coalition alike) have successfully chipped away at our civil liberties and freedoms over the years -a process that has gathered pace as quickly as new laws can be dreamed up. As for "trying to save money again", Government borrowing has increased for years, and continues to do so. The deficit has not been reduced by one penny ! Do your research before you slavishly follow Party stereotypesm and before you accuse me of it, not by any stretch of the imagination am I a "leftie" !
