arnie what you can do is take him to court and get a ccj against him. i assume that seens as you sent him money you have his name and addresse. it is very easy to do just pop along to your local court and ask for their debt pack, i t will give you all the info you need. or you can do it on line here https://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk/csmco2/index.jsp and what it costs for you to do is passed on to them, an old boss used this method many times and it works most of the time

Get his address bombarded with mail from companies, especially gay porn ones, also send some to his next door neighbours but in his name so they think he bats for the other side. thats a very good idea about the neighbours

that is a differnt question. just because the terrier was killing chickens, so everyone on here who has dogs that kill rabbits,rats etc could turn on to kids. it seems your looking into something that aint there

well after you shot it how did you fine out it was his dog? if it was in your chicken pen killing your birds did you have your gun in your hand when you first saw it, or did you see the terrier then run in doors find your gun cabinet keys get your gun out then run outside while loading your gun then aim and fire, in all that time would it have been more easy to catch the dog up? you also say that the dog was dangrous how did you know this or was it hear say ? also you say why does the keeper have a dog that kills ? may be its a hunting dog ? i just hope your dog never gets out
