id give him 5 mile at morning and at night and bang 2 good meals into him a day the walkin will help with bonding aswell give him a good worming aswell mate give him a good start defos be a different dog in 6 weeks thats why a wouldnt get a young dog better off with a 6 week old pup then u can start from the begining all the best mate

Thats a bit of a high horse comparison is it not like a couple have said if u bring any running dog up as u would ur lurcher then uve got a lurcher so if u bring a pup out of two diffeent types of gundogs up as u would any other gundog then to me u have a gundog its up to the owner to bring the best out as with anyhing cheers terry ,)
