  1. I dont agree with HOB&JILL if your going for a "z" twine get the heaviest you can, they will handle better and blow about less, I would recommend Hemp Twine but Im set in my ways too, but failing that i would go for spun nylon, that way you get the best of both worlds.
  2. Ive got to agree with that, Lamping rabbits with a lurcher you dont need a lamp thats going to light up the whole parish.
  3. or 2" sqaure weld mesh over the entrances, mine are cut the size of the tunnel and i leave two legs on the bottom to push in the ground to steady the mesh, it keeps out hedgehogs , birds and most young rabbits, that can be a pain in spring and summer, stoats rats and squirrels have no fear of hopping thru the squares, i also place the trap just inside the overhang of the tunnel , so that when a varmint hops thru the square it drops straight on the plate and you get clean catches, Cant argue with that one.
