    i have the le chameau yack the gore tex version of the mouflon and i love them on my second pair. only got another pair cos my first pair are 6 years old and abit scruffy.

    i found hornaday s**t barrell up loads and lost poa after about 20 rnds. now use fedral and there mint more pricey but well worth it.

    after reading post about .308 i thought it would be interesting to see what cal. and [bANNED TEXT] bullet size we all use. and for what deer species . i use .243 100 grain lapua for muntjac and .308 185 grain lapua for red and 150 grain lapua for roe. 22-250 for roe does in scotland with winchester cxp1 look forward to seeing what your all using

    i have a .308 and have shot roe and red with it and two muntjac, shooting roe is see no problems mybe that it is a touch on the heavy side but thats no bad thing only problem is as local yocal said is if a fox turns up. i since have got .243 aswell and use it for muntjac which is better, i still shoot roe with .308 tho. a well placed shot from .308 is as good as you will get.

    only needs to be proofed if your selling it to someone else. you can have it screw cut and not proofed. but if you sell it it should be proofed.

    photocopy your cert. for peace of mind you can still shoot. as for how long depends on which police force your with north yorks are about 4-5 weeks at the mo due to new computer system.
