    ok folks, please share the following, the egremont show at the crab fair is no longer holding the CUMBRIA CHAMPIONSHIPS, it will be just a normal lurcher/terrier/whippet show, the championships are now called THE BEST IN THE WEST and will be run by the WESTCOAST TERRIER/LURCHER AND WHIPPET CLUB, and will be held at there show on the 24th AUGUST at flimby rugby fields, please send names of your show winners to or ask for a qualifying form from RICHARD WILSON at the WESTCOAST TERRIER/LURCHER AND WHIPPET CLUB. thanks all .

    i am in my sixties so over the years i have had quite a few lurchers and always kenneled them outside until two years back when i kept a pup in the house, now i have two in the house and the bond i have with them is incredible, i am honestly getting more out of these two than any of my previous ones, the only set back is when you return home with the dogs full of mud and everything else, you need an outhouse or somewhere to get them fit to take inside but at the end of the day in my opinion it is well worth it, atb.

    YEP!, are they going to judge 26" dogs with beddy in at the same time as 18" and 19" dogs with beddy in or are they going to split them, you will be there all feckin day.

    i have a brand new padded wax cotton jacket in camo, the size is xl, these are £90.00 from the shop, will take £45.00 posted, this has never been worn and still has tags on, pics can be sent to email address or by text. this has two large front pockets / two hand warmer pockets and detachable hood.

    i am going back more than 40 years here when rabbits and hares were around in great numbers and one of the best bitches i have ever owned was a beddy/grey x collie/grey, she levelled out at 25" had great feet good strong bones a terrific all weather coat and stamina to run all day at least 3 times a week, this is only my opinion of a good cross and it worked out very well for me. i am sure there will be many varying crosses coming up in response to your post, happy new year.

    decided to go for a shine last night started pissing down at around 9pm and still at it 10hrs later, anyone else had to cancel?.

    like i say i have used this myself and found it to be a very good lamp, it comes with a mains charger, at the end of the day it all depends on your circumstances, i have arthritis in the spine and found it difficult lately to carry the 22ah battery around for 3 to 4 hours or more so i wanted to give these a try and they suit me fine.it has lasted all night without any problems.atb.

    used this one once to make sure it was ok and used the 175 that i am keeping twice and they have a very tight beam that is really white and holds the quarry very well, got well over 4hrs use from them and they weight next to nothing, you can carry them all week let alone all night.

    here i have a 150mm hand held lamp, this is a rechargeable / cordless lamp with a great tight pure white beam, 900 lumens and effective out to 200 yards +, this is very light and great to carry and from one charge you will get near 5 hours use, i dropped too many hints coming up to christmas and ended up with two of these a 175mm and this 150mm, you can buy filters for these in red amber or blue, these sell at £69.99 + p&p so it is a bargain for someone at £45.00 posted, i cant upload pics on here ( believe me i have tried), but you can look at one identical on ebay item no-19052067631

    try changing his bedding, if you use straw try shredded paper or vice versa, and try rubbing callamine lotion on it seems to cool them down and helps with hair grow.atb.
