    Went back out tonight for a few hours and got plenty more rats with the hw100, round the back of where i normally go and it was lifting with them, shot 3 ferals and they dropped into the cow shed and within 10 mins rats were eating them

    Still seen plenty of young here in yorkshire aswell, the past few years we been getting young in mid winter, winters not winter these days

    Sick note about the van pal, bet you were gutted not getting this, i cant believe how clean the excalibur is, its in better nick than my hw100 and i got that new just a couple of years ago. Yes il be putting pics up as soon as its out shooting (but not to piss you off pal),

    Il always prefer the hw100 mark, .177 for me but i know the excaliber will be a great gun to shoot, il be having a few shots before i let my pal use it, he hasnt seen it yet as he is ill but when he does i know he'l love it

    Went out tonight hoping to get a bunny for the ferrets, seen some in a field just before it got dark, they ran into the hedgerow so i perched the gun on a gate post and waited, 10 mins and they were back out luckily before it got too dark as i left the gunlight in the car, got 1 and the other ran to the hedge sat there for a second and i got that aswell, went 100 yards down the track to the rat place and got some rats and about 6 ferals which dropped into the cow pens so left them there,

    Haha, its mine mac i got it for my mate to use and my son when he comes shooting (which isnt very often), and shes a green goddess mac not a monster
