  1. Yes mate there was a few near the wall where i put some traps, only a few hills around walls and pad but loads elsewhere, so would the best places to set them be around the edges of the garden not so much the centre, cheers pal
  2. Cheers Don, i put them about 3ft away from the hills, is that too close pal, yes i put a few next to the walls and around a concrete pad, i should have got pics of garden so yous could see if they were ok where i put them, cheers pal yes im itching to go check them

Set my first mole traps today, set 30 putange's and hopefully get a result, forgot to take pics of garden but 2 days ago the owner cut the grass and flattened the hills, when i went this morning there was about 10 new hills so set the traps near them, some had 4 tunnels some 3 but most had 2, set some running against a wall and near some trees and around a big concrete pad, ? Used nylon string to tie on triggers but ordered some wire ties, also got some claw traps from owner, (are they any good, do you lads use them, cheers), Would yous have set the 4 like that or used a different t

  13. Went out today with hodge, steph and josh, took the pup and she did good again, not a noise from her when she was tied up just sat and watched, ended up with 13,
  14. I had a pair of muck boots for 4 years, cost £90 i think, great till i stood on a nail, just baught another pair for 120 and feel great and im sure theyl last a good few years if like the others

Playing with the rabbit skin in the garden the past few weeks payed off, went ferreting this morning with my mate kev and his son jo, the pup had its nose down as soon as we got on the fields, she got between the fences and started working the cover, we done 2 big warrens and got 5 good size rabbits, not a whimper out of her when she was on the lead when we were busy, more than happy with how she done today
