    just keep looking about mate soon enough the right dog will come along and then youll have many good seasons with him hopefully if he makes the grade lol but just dont buy any pup you seem to have the right idea any way mate

    if i was you id be looking for a lurcher to lurcher breeding with collie based dogs out of workers usally these breeders dont breed for the quality of working pups but the quality of the money take your time and find a decent dog man whos breeding to keep his line of workers going and get a pup thats worth rearing good luck in the search for your pup

    7 8 months i just bring mine to four five holers that are easy netted and let the pup watch whats going on then take it from there just try and not let it chase to many to it knows what the crack is . i think ferreting can be a good way of learning a pup obideice and learning how to grab rabbits and genreal fieldcraft

    heres the thing but that makes you laugh then they will moan about the farmers not given permission on some places youd be able to go on dig a fox and leave the farmer would be non the wiser and happy you killed the vermin then someone eles comes along and he thinks thats all right theyll clean up after them selfs only to go out a couple of hours later and find a drop in the middle of the field then next time he see a person with a terrier and shovel youll be asked to leave and hunting is stopped on his land then its f****d for everyone then it spreads round the farming community lets hope th
