Any photos of the 97K please mate?
  3. I recon it would do some serious damage, even at 12 ft lbs.
  4. You think thats gorgeous? Are you partially blind?
  5. That has to be the ugliest air rifle ever made.
  6. I can't see a 95K being that much quicker to load than a 77/97K, you have to be talking a couple seconds, if that, hardly worth mentioning.
  7. The reticle isn't too fine, my brother bough one the other day (not an EFR but same reticle) and it looked just right. Shame they don't have mill dots though. I'm not sure the Redfield reticle would work well on an air rifle either.
  8. Yeah the Nikons are nice, properly made, way better than the Chinese stuff.
  9. That looks excellent, like a factory finish.
  10. Yeah you're right, I remember reading one of Si's posts saying that Tony said there isn't much he could improve on so he doesn't bother.
  11. He probably does tune TX's and Pro Sports, but in his own words (if you read the email), they don't need tuning. Edit: And I think you stared it by calling him an arse, no?

He does have a point. Just because you can doesn't mean you should. The chances of wounding are obviously greater as the distances increase. Nothing against anyone on here, but I do think a lot of people take long shots and post them on YT as if to say "look at me, I'm awesome", when they could have just stalked closer (which also takes a fair amount of skill). But, if everyone thought the same the world would be a boring place, this is just my view on it.
  13. You generally can't go wrong with Air Arms Field/ JSB Exact
  14. A drop in power will change the POI at all ranges mate.
  15. Mate, read what I said on the other thread. I didn't say I've never missed, I said I've never had any runners or the need for a very quick follow up shot that a multi shot PCP allows. Yes I have a LRF and have calibrated my scope with CG.
  16. I don't see whats so unbelievable, or why you think I feel the need to lie
  17. Thanks Mawders, I was hoping to close it up a bit more to be honest. Maybe its me more than the pellets.
  18. Yeah I'm making it up mate Check my "My New Pro Sport" thread for the 3/4 inch group at 30 yards I did before my rifle was run in, and the 1/2 inch group I did yesterday. I've been shooting a month and have shot a grand total of four tins of pellets. I was thinking about making a video later this week, I'll PM you the link if you like, as you are a non believer
  19. Thanks for the comments. I had an hour spare today so I thought I would go round my mums house and shoot a few spinning targets. Her garden is roughly 50 yards long and backs onto a field so there's plenty of room. I shot this 4 shot group before I left. It measures 14mm (.55 of an inch) at its longest point which is 6mm tighter than my last group (although that was a 6 shot group) and it easily fits inside a 5p piece. I'm still using the fixed x4 mag scope but it seems to work well on the rifle. Its still quite difficult shooting a group at 30 yards though because the cross hair i
  20. Lol I'm no shooting god mate, I've only shot about 50 bunnies and have only been shooting for a month. You lads know best, I'm an amateur.
  21. Rob, Probuk is saying you shouldn't hunt with a springer because you might need a quick follow up shot, you will only need to do this if you miss the kill zone, not if you miss altogether.
  22. I've not had a runner yet mate so yeah, not blowing my own whistle or anything, just saying.
  23. In theory you don't miss, and if you think you might you don't take the shot. Not using a girls calibre also helps
