Hi David well done nice yearling, notice in your picture the little jack russel do you take him stalking I take mine works a treat never gets in front or makes a noise and yet I did not teach him this he just picked it up. Champion he's by my side all the time mate when stalking id be lost without him

I was in the same position myself about choosing a 4x4 as i wanted something reasonably okay on the fuel as i do alot of miles on road and the odd bit of offroad whilst pigeon shooting or picking deer up to save your back i ended up with a grand vitara, i think its spot on average about 35 to 45 mpg i know they not the best off roaders about but when your covering alot of miles they a very comfortable and can do the job if you take it easy off road

The field we shot the fox's in where full of lambs,lamb's where running everywhere spooked, making plenty of noise so when we stuck the lamp on we had 2 fox's running about, it dont look good for a sheep farmer to be seing this sort of thing beside his house when he's got you on there to do the job as for the cub's it doe's sicking me but it's vermin control

Well i tried my look this morning and went for a stalk, the last couple of early mornings ive had the weathers always turned bad for me but today was great i parked the motor then stalked down a wood headge and out burst a buck about 230 yards or so away i dropped straight to the floor and place a nice heart lung shot in him the buck ran on about 10 yards then dropped a very quick and enjoyable stalk

Well i was sat at home bored this morning and thought id go try my look where some pigeons have been bothering some rape,on arriving a few birds got up so i thought id try my look and have a few hours trying, keep the farmer happy got a little bag here's a pic the terrier retrieved a few for me so he was a happy little chap

Well got a call this morning of the farmer saying there's pigeons all over a rape field and could i have a go at them, but when i got there not a bird in sight so i thought id try my look on the drilled field i shot over on monday and managed to pull a few birds over for millets gos's suppa

Well i had the day of work today so i thought id sort some bits and bobs out around the house then have a few hours at the pigeons,just tried my luck really and set up on drilled bean field see what will come in,had a good couple hours and managed about 40 birds which all decoyed perfect

Had a look out on saturday with teejay of the site he gave me the invite for a nights lamping which started of great but then the rain came in but we managed to bag a fox and a few bunnies so we got a result i shot the fox about 150 yards or so took a pic of me phone so its not the best of pics
