My friend shot these rabbits in the first field mate only took about half hour to get them,it was actually just coming in dark but i used the lamp anyway just for him to see the rabbits better and once we got what we needed we walked about 100 yards to the wood which is absulutly busting with pigeons and shot a few late ones which where coming in and trying to get comfortable to roost THEN used the light to pick them up when we finished i dont think im breaking the law in anyway in doing that

Cant beat it when the leaf's have fallen of the tree's aswell and your waiting for the birds to come in to roost, in my opinion the 410's ideal as its not that much of a loud bang and it dont seem to disturb as many coming in

Took a friend out for a couple hours last night to shoot a few rabbits for the pot,took the 410 so he could have a go at some roosting pigeons aswell he really enjoyed it,he shot really well he shot 11 rabbits and that was all we wanted so we set off for some pigeons he shot about 7 pigeons then it was of home not a bad trip out only 9 rabbits in the pic we had another 2 when looking for some pigeons

they are brilliant to watch,we had one where i worked it was there for about a year it was fed that well you could throw it a sandwich and it would pic the meat out and leave the bread the poor thing ended up being ran over outside the yard cracking pics

Well ive not been able to get out and have a good go at the pigeons for the last couple of week as my 12 is in the gun shop and still in so today i thought id have a go at some decoying with me 410 i had a real good afternoons shooting,the birds where coming in real slow but still the 410 shocked me again me terrier enjoyed it aswell bringing them back for me shot 18 crows alltogether

they all got split up mate to friends who eat them and feed the ferrets them,before shooting pigeons i always ask friends and others if the want any birds just so i know im not stuck with a load myself

Shot this dog fox the same place as the vixen i had the other day,slowly picking at these chicken killers well the farmer will be happy, took my mate first light this morning see we could see one he missed a fox about 100 yards from us , this one was in the same area as the others ive had

Shot 133 catridges only had 17 left ,they all decoyed really good there was'nt many hard shots between them all

Well today i had my first 100 bird day it was a cracking day i set the decoys in a rape stubble without a pigeon in sky then all of a sudden they just kept pilling in i had a real good day

Well now the fields are cut i thought id try my luck first light this morning for a fox, as the farmers had problems with the chickens getting taken when the fields where still still up,anyway i watched this little vixen walk down the side of a wood and shot her about 230 yards

Well i set of out first thing this morning try get a buck ive been watching for a while along side a strip wood, when i got there i laid for about 5 mins,before seing him chasing a doe all over so i waited for him to calm down and placed a nice neck shot on him then of to to put him in the motor and have a couple hours out decoying, i managed another good little bag, the birds where coming in from all angles but i had to stop about 9 and make me way home as i promised to take our lass out

Well i went out for a mooch this morning and thought id give it an hour decoying where i did a few days ago over some clover within minutes they where coming in so i had a cracking day again and managed a bag of 53 this time a close tally to the other day i picked 52, ian i hope nobby's ferrets like these's one's

Whilst out looking for a roe this morning i noticed a few pigeons feeding on some clover so after a quick stalk i set the hide up to try my look i had a good few hours at it, i probably shot around the 60 mark but only picked 52 as the other fell in standing barley behind me and whilst stalking i seen a fox killing a hare so he got it aswell

We'll just got back from a few hours out with peg&gun on some of his rabbiting ground ive never seen so many rabbits in my life there was thousands but our plan was to go and try his new hw100 out which is 177, we took turns in having a few shots each and i was very impressed both of us where knocking rabbits over for fun out to about 40 yards, i might end up having one myself soon we shot 55 all together cheers peg look forward to our next trip
