  10. Thanks Pip, Its gonna take a lot of patience spent 7 hours yesterday waiting it showed a couple of times hoverd then buggerd off, to be honest my heart was in my mouth.
  11. Found a new location where the ospreys are using, nice wee fishing loch,hopefully get the shot Ive been after for years the osprey hitting the water in front of me.

  15. My wee boys turning into a nice looking Lab, hes just a year old I dont work him just enjoy him.
  16. I use the sigma 150-500mm, it has built in stabalisation and on your camera it will have a reach of around 740mm most of the pics I have posted on this forum have been taken with this lens and a nikon D90
  17. Yeh I think your right with the great grey the second might be a tawny these were taken at an owl sanctuary in Cornwall and they had different varietys of tawnys.
  18. Nice shot bud, keep experimenting and I m sure you will find the setting you will like using the most, and dont be afraid to try different things but most of all enjoy your photos, all the best.
