    Well mate I would look into getting vaccination from were over the water in Ireland particularly around greyhound coursing meets like clonmel in county Tipperary and various websites from Ireland I get jabs for pups from them at £12.50 and that's syringe and all mate I would look into that

    Well there mate while all the men have giving sound and the best advice I tend to agree with everything that the men have said but a spot of lamping gets them going quicker as during the day there are distractions during the day that they dont see at night plus I try to get them a rat in a trap after that let them watch expeirienced dogs and in between let your pup follow the other dogs mooching in brush or around hedges it helps they get the scents and smells good luck mate ..

    Yeah I agree that foxes are before us but I think this should be dealt with as soon as I once again read an article in this weeks countrymans weekly about a fox who is laying attacks in a primary school which has paid 2,000 pound so far to get rid of the fox but we all know what get the fox away a strong terrier and a shot again children are the innocent victims time for PRIME MINISTER to open his eyes

    I read in the countrymans weekly that a fox attacked a woman out for a jog in a park just what is the proud pime minister going to do about this ever growing problem of urban foxes attacking young children in there cots I say block up the cat flaps and write a petition to the council and maybe it will strike up a possiblity of the hunting ban being lifted for all over england to get the numbers under control again fingers crossed...

    Well mate I had my bitch out on the lamp last and she got a tear something similar to what you are describeing and I used super glue if your not sure on that you can get a vetinary stapler of somwer maybe on this website I have one now and they are a great job for that type of injury good luck mate.

    I wouldnt slip my dogs on a big cat me and father were out with the dogs for a walk one bright day in the winter and saw cat that looked like a big from a distance was actually a pet cat as we heard a woman call out trixie lol

    Its good to see and read that A.S breed of saluki's is still going strong as I will move heaven and earth to keep the old(SKY) bitch breedingin my yard so I like to read what as been bred and the history behind the breed A.S has provided...

    My dog Celt's sire was Sam was by a willie tough dog called moses which D.R him over out of a 3/4 greyhound x 1/4 irish terrier which was (Mc Bains) Sam X Sky which is an A.S bred bitch Sky X Dog by Paul Noones Beast produced my blue bitch Fern...

    I wasn't a hundred per cent on that bolio1 I thought it was brother of drax but I then thought for some reason he was the razors sire but when I was reading people's comments I had a few hot whiskeys so apologies mate,hows things going I haven't been out for awhile but dad has been out alot the bitch flushed a fox from some cover when dad was out last week he reckoned it was the biggest dog fox he had seen for some time the dogs run to ground and celt was trying to dig into dad said he had to drag him out of it,Rabbit numbers still riseing hope to see you's soon

    I have A.S bred saluki crosses from a bitch he bred a few years which he later sold yo a mate of mine the bitch was called 'Sky' I had her to pup down and my mate let her stay with us for we had plenty of room for she had 10 pups on her first litter from a dog called 'Razor a lad in Armagh N.Ireland he was bred from drax I belive I later bred two more litters from she had anoyher 10 pups which produced my two dogs now 'Celt and Fern' celt is a dog I rate that takes fox day and nite fern small and fast made for the small fields here Ireland my mate Bolio1 has photo's on his page on this website

    Either way mate I have saluki greyhound's for the last 14yrs and I would like the chance to put my own dog to a bitch bred that way for the fields here Ireland are tight but I have learned after many days of getting dirty pays of so I would say go for it mate it could be win win good luck

    I was brought not to hunt between april to august just like someone had stated on this issue I have solid permission from farmers in my area and I know if the farmers had a problem I would get a call I walked the land along with my father who has taught me alot in the hunting but as I think killing for fun is wrong he ran young lad's of his land but I agree with things that you all have said but I like my quarry that hunt to be of adult size thats why we all have fishing rods for when the season ends for we all like a hunt,and I dont protect a species that does so much damage and causes farmer

    I wonder why so called hunting men hunt fox cubs this time of year as I was out for a walk I came across a cub lying on hedge it makes me angry when men take young fox's when they are only the size of a household pet it pains me to see that it may be young lad's but they should know the way of it if they are hunting and I enjoy a good day out with the terrier's as does everyone that is into terrier work I would like to know what people think of this situation please feel free to reply to my topic thanks...
