  1. Wouldn't that depend on the context? Anything can be evidence but for it to be solid it needs to be tested, reinforced, refined until it stands up to claim, and counter claim. That's incredibly simplified, I know, but what would your criteria be? Evidence is subjective, even though to some it is fact to others it is open to interpretation. For example take a hung jury, they are all presented with the same evidence, yet each member has interpreted that evidence in their own way and drawn different conclusions. TC Depends on what the evidence is, if I measure something to cut with a tape
  2. Raynardman, did you look at the bit of a tail to see was it amputated or natural looking ?Maybe it's the photo but to me that fox looks a little short coupled and a little short in the leg too. It would be interesting to know if it was born like that or bobbed by accident. Was he moving properly before you shot the poor divil ? LOL. Didn't inspect it closely but it was like a dogs dock, healed with the fur grown back overHave to agree with Neil Cooney on that fox, he is weirdly proportioned, big skull, short but big body, little short legs.... Looks like a midget, lol I think the Bob-Tail
  3. Looking bleak for Hamilton now, the press have battered him and his demeanour is at an all time low. I'm not surprised with the season he's had with unreliability.
  4. Plenty of them Roma Slovaks using the foodbanks in Rotherham after blowing their money on the roulette machines in the bookie'sI'm guessing plenty of British do the same too. Yes mate mostly the piss heads and druggys funny how their were no foodbanks when labour were in power. No because then they were having 3 course meals for free whilst being piss heads and druggies....

  6. Well if that measurement was needed for a precise fitting and the cut piece fit perfectly then I'd say the measurement was spot on.... Of course two tape measures could have two different readings yet still get that precise cut spot on....

  8. Why the hell isn't he banned if he's a known snitch?
  9. An old dog of ours used to eat the Foxes back end as they rarely faced him, I'm sure many other dogs do the same. Some of these foxes may have been dug before.....
  10. My downfall is my lack of direction. I've never really known what I've wanted to do in life so never had a clear plan.
  11. very good point that, Glad someone agrees, it ain't a dig at the OP but a genuine question. Some people don't get on well at school etc, but if you were an employer would you give a job you needed filling to someone who's got a load of qualification, proving they can count, read, write etc , or take a chance on someone who don't have any and hope they can do all those things ?A lot of people complain they can't get a job but don't put much work in to get one. Even if not qualified you can do small course, volunteer, learn skills that lead to work. I've volunteered loads of places, done unpa

  14. Can't say I've tried it myself but should image it would be a tasty bird.
  15. Load of old cobblers, my girlfriend is Polish and I asked her that question on Swans and she laughed at me.I can guarantee you they eat swans for a fact ... One of my sister in laws is polish and she ate swan regularly as a kid in Poland ...... Well I know for a fact none of my girlfriends family or friends have, I'm guessing it depends where about they are from. My GF is from the north-west not far off Germany and they joke about people from the south being farm girls.
  16. I'm not knocking you but some people can't afford to study due to financial or personal reasons. But that's the thing, zero hour contracts should be made an option not the only option as they are for most standard jobs these days. I agree the system is fcuked but zero hour contracts are not the solution IMO.

  18. I have a zero hour contract as a student. I can pick up lots of work when I want and when I'm busy with assignments etc I often turn down down. The issue is people being employed practically regularly and being refused a proper contract after years of work. There's plenty who get a contract and go on the sick tho, seen it myself many times, soon as they get contract with full pay boom on the sick with an op they been waiting for etc. If I was an employer I'd be pissed off n all! No good to any man wanting a secure job, not everybody has the luxury of being able to go into Uni or
  19. These zero hour contracts are the real killer, just a way to brag about employment levels rising when in fact they aren't at all. What good is a zero hour contract to anyone.
  20. Wouldn't earn any money so what about Scotland?
  21. That's all down to your preference, I admire a hard dog but you sure ain't getting alot of digs with one...
  22. It's a sign of the times, let's be honest most men like to show off their pride and joy to others. Difference is back in the day all they had was word of mouth. Now we have books with names of the folks and the internet that gives away everything..... You never seen them old copies of the police gazette? your friend and mine? or all those adverts and challenges the likes of Colby, Armitage ect. put in the papers of the day?...SDJ, PBN ect ect no different really...always been apart of the gameYes but it wasn't as mainstream in those days, I'm guessing the Stratton books put the APBT

I'm a member of another certain site and the content it allows made me question whether it's a legit site or a bugged site, the members on there might unknowingly be knocking in the final nail in the coffin....
  25. The dogs have been in the wrong hands a long, long time. I know most don't like to hear it but imo the books wrote on the dogs gave them the publicity they did not need. In a way the men who love the breed are to blame for it's downfall. The same with hunting over here.
