My mate told me over the phone that the red bellmans not as accurate as the peips box, he's also tried everything and can't change it back to metres it's stuck on feet. Think I might go for a pulse myself. Anyone any links apart from face west ?

I've Lakeland/border x's and they've a very linty coat. I usually stripp them down about twice a year to get the dead hair out and tidy them up. Tried clippers and combs but i always end up plucking them when I'm out for a good dander over the fields. Atb

It's extremely serious stuff. Id be friendly with a few lads in a MCC. Id go drinking in there clubhouse regular. There's alot of shit involved about wearing club back patches side rockers etc. and we're you can wear them. A fella drove into our work one day on a racing bike with 81 on the side. I near shit, my mate went straight over to him ready to beat fk outta him. The young fella explained he was born in 1981 and that's why he put the stickers on. ok take them off now and Im doing you a favour but you dont know it my mate told him. Ha ha it's that serious. People's got done for less.

I found this problem as well with the bf,the old grey box was great for dropping you on the dogs nose everytime. I agree mate the grey boxes are always bang on, cheers fd Aye when the collars wernt letting you down. Lol

I know this has been done a few times but I'd like up to date opinions.... I've just bought a rechargeable b&f collar, i can't decide on which box to go with it. What's best and why ??? Any links to different boxes I would appreciate also. I'm selling my old b&f kit if anyone's stuck for one, all in good working order. Cheers MUDD

Im considering selling my b&f collar and box, the older version. I've invested on a b&f rechargeable collar. I'll not be doing any terrier work until the coming season, so I've plenty off time to decide on which box I'm going to use with the new collar. The original packaging that came with the complete b&f set, including leaflets, item number, warrenty and spare screws for the collar casing are included. Atb. MUDD

That's what I'd usually do. Though I remember about 3 seasons ago beating cover all day and just before dark we put one to ground. Old Charlie dropped into a big place and 3/4's off the lads were knackered after a long day and they dispersed saying let it go. We sat tight. Back to the van grabbed a lamp and a terrier, 7ft dig easy going, broke in and lifted the dog young lad I know well said give me that light a second jumped into the dig, one quick shine and he handed the lamp back up to us and all I could see was his body disappear up to the soles off his wellingtons !!!! RIGHT I have him...
