    i did use wood shavings now i use shredded paper, its a mix of bog roll.tissue paper,nappy clippings and teabag clipping its warm to the touch and not to rough on the dog as he has bts.

    as above, am looking for a new pup but i will wait till spring then put him strait in kennels so when winter comes he would have got used to it gradualy and not a great shock to his system just make sure he has loads of bedding or a heat lamp. atb sp

    hi mate, no it dont smell, its only on his legs and feet, i did think it was a type of alligery to wood shavings or grass so will try antihistermines failing this i will get fuciderm from the link above cheers mate

    the human equivelant to fuciderm is fucibet but i think its only available in a cream. can you not just use an anti bactrial wash and penicilin Cheers paulus,ive seen fucibet but im sure thats perscription only too.Ive tried various washes like medicated dog shampoos/hibiscrub,The dogs problem clears when using hibiscrub but then comes back couple weeks later.My neighbour gave me some fuciderm and that seems to keep the rash at bay,this is why i wanted some more.The dog has had skin probs on and off since he was a pup.First of all i thought it was a bad change of coat.I got him around 6 mth

    hi all, can any 1 get this gel ive been told its perscription only or can any 1 suggest an alternate, cant use cream as he is in kennels and will lick it off lol this gel sokes in to the skin rather quickly. atb sp

    hi all, when i ferret i use hobs my question is when he comes to the hole he stop feels the net and goes back in he stop trying to pass through coz he used to get tangled up, so would a slightly larger mesh size help and a heavyer net like a 10 oz am using cheap standard 4 oz nets he's a medium size hob. atb sp

    my ferrets are triple locked you cant trust any 1 these days, its a sad that you cant leave stuff around with out nailing it down. atb sp
