Sound's like a great day was had, and a new pike fisherman was born good, he will remember catching his first pike, good to hear that all were released unharmed, too many have trouble unhooking pike and end up causing damage, it's good to show the younger lad's the right way.

That's terrible mate, too many arsehole's in that park sometime's, with powerful dog's that they can't control, glad to hear your kid's are ok, instead of shouting at you, the owner should of been going mad that his dog done this, hope i don't hear about something happening with an alsation.

It's a bit hard to explain without showing you the actual fish, you would be better to watch a few pike being caught and unhooked on youtube you will soon notice how they all hold them a similar way, try typing in unhooking pike, or maybe someone can explain it of here.

Tiger's are a must have, when targeting carp, they love them, will have to try the coke soak, cheer's for the tip.

I don't agree with the glove, not for me, sorry, if your not sure on unhooking pike, take someone who is and they will show you how to unhook easily and also there is no need to be scared of pike, they will show you how to handle pike, once you have been shown by someone it will make thing's easier for you, good luck.

Have to agree with tegater, dry fly fishing would be enjoyed the most, but i would also try ul lure fishing, little tiny lure's can be good fun.

This is about little kid's, you can't let it carry on, if you can't fix it you have to do something, the police is the last thing anyone want's but when it's your kid's.
