    Well thanks for the advice lads, I dug down n buried some mesh then posted n stick meshed with 2 lots of barbed wire then run two strands of electric fencing all round Hopefully done enough

    Hi pesky, I'm using a Brinsea 20 egg auto and there great, pretty much set up n leave, borrowed off a mate cos they can be a bit expensive even 2nd hand. I also have a generic 48 egg auto too, not bad but not as good as the Brinsea, Cheers, Astrix

    It's when they are chicks/poults that the Turks are vulnerable, once over that stage they seem to be fine. There's alot of folk say to expect to only get half of the birds through from chick to adulthood.

    Hi rabid, got both on the go mysen, nice birds n a lot tastier than supermarket ones. Ya can loose a few from chick to poults though, usually ok from then on

    Hi, Good advice there, thanks I'm not doing it until spring time anyway, got a few stuff to do n like ya said not the best thro winter. The area as mesh buried bout 18" round perimeter with heras panels and solid panels forming the area, using posts between each panel. Was guna run stock mesh round the inside just to make sure too.
