    im only 29 so have never seen them before, i looked on ebay, but couldnt find them, tried tack nails, uppholstery nails ect ect, i knew someone on here would know, we're a knolegable bunch on here, ( well you lot are lol) iv a big tin of them, thought they were for old chairs ect, but cheers guys, learn something new everyday !

    alpha ferret feast i feed mine on, they love it !, but id try them on something else if someone thinks its got better benifits , also 3/4 times a week carcasses, atb mate foxtails

    yep removed it now, mum doesnt seem to notice, shes getting really thin though, those kits are taking it out of her,, i think its quite normall with big litters that 1 normally dies as theyl all be fighting for the milk, and theres about to be 1 that gets left out ect, or like been said could of had a problem since birth, but still a nice good litter, all the rest are doing really well, nature i suppose,

    i didnt touch mine for a few days , just give her a chance to be with them alone, she;l be fine as long as she knows you after a few days but not in the first couple of days, just my oppinion! just found 1 of my kits dead, gutted!

    iv just checked them tonight,as feeding time ect, distracted the jill, i found 1 kit dead,, im gutted theres only 8 left now, i already know somtimes this is normal but its a bit sad to be honest, the rest is ok and so is the mum, iv never touched them untill tonight do i get the dead one out ? im gutted to say the least ! iv been seeing the babies since the 2-3rd day the mum is 100 % eveytime iv had a look iv washed my hands, and rubbed them in hay thougherly, but never handled them untill tonight,, only the strongest survive i supose!

    really glad for you mate, you should have some decent little workers amoung'st them i was reading the post and was going to write , she defo has kits inside her due to the size, and take to the vets, then read fearther down your post hope all goes well from now on, atb mate , foxtails

    iv been getting an old traps collection together, buying from everywhere, iv noticed the later rabbit gin traps are in not as bad condition as the later rat/stoat gin traps - they seem alot more rustier , anyone have any ideas has to why this is ? also does anyone have any old traps or old hunting gear / membrobilia that would share some pics with us or tell us about them, the old man traps dont come on the market that often either. will be intresting to see others items ! atb fts

    exactly the same as my 3/4 lakeland 1/4 russel broken coat 15" red mines only a bushing/rabbiting/ratting bitch, shel go to ground but doesnt do the deed, good luck with the sale atb foxtails

    well i had a sneaky look today and counted 8 there may be more but defo 8, the hob was a polecat and mums an albino , shes doing very well so only keeping 1 hopefully a nice dark hob,

    on my way out this morning the dog was going mad outside my ferret cage alot more than normal, flicked the cage, mother came out,. then i could hear squeek squeek, lol ha ha, tried to have a sneaky look tonight,when i got mum distracted, but couldnt as i was worried mother would get nasty ect, but i saw 7 but there were more behind the front kits, this is my first kits for 20 yrs, im 29 i m ust of been 8 or 9 the last time i had kits, so im over the moon, haha (like a kid at christmas) , hope everyone elses turn out ok and get good litte
