    Not long now fellas, a little over a week, and the 2015 lamping season comes to a start. I know a few lads will be venturing out this weekend, although there is going to be a good wind blowing in parts of the country, just keep your eyes on the night time temperatures lads because they are also way up there with the wind, and it dont take long for dogs to overheat. Me and my lamping pal was gonna give the dogs a couple of runs this weekend, but decided against it because of the temp. I and other friends are happy with Shooshoi numbers this year looks like there are a good crop this year,

    Over the years of lamping ive met a few different lampsman, some i have thought what the fuc* are they up too with that lamp, and a couple i can honestly say ive learned from watching them, especially from a younger age. I believe that the man behind the lamp is as important as the dogs, ie bringing a pup on and a very experienced lampsman will get results quicker and pup catching, and will also put more numbers in the bag even with experienced dogs. Because we have all read about good numbers, good bags, and good dogs, but I would personally say that it also takes a good Lampsman Happ

    LADS NO BITCHING ALLOWED.. Lads what makes a great lamping or coursing dog. Obviously we train our dogs from pups we feed them right,, we get them fit,, and give them the best start in life we can. But some turn out that little bit extra special as we all know. Its a bit like racehorses you can put the best to the best,, but THEY DONT ALL MAKE IT,,,,, is it just in the GENES or is there more to IT. Whats your views lads ? CHEERS SWG DAVE.

    Hello Gaz, thanks for putting the 150 through its paces and comparing it to both the 170 and the 210, the 150 is a great little lamp and you are right in saying that it takes a few mins to get use to as in colour difference with a slight blue tinge, but what a crisp white beam that goes direct to the rabbit without lighting up the whole field. you had a good one last night well done Gaz,, cheers mate..

    A T here you go i copied and pasted this off an old post minus the posters name my mate also had a blazer lite said it was a pile of shit clu lite and blazerlights.........rubbish! when buying a lamp u get what u pay for.lightforce r the best thats why they r a little more expensive,but well worth it.i have got both the lazerlight(12v 55watt)and the blazerlight(12 100watt) and neither of them r brighter than lightforces "lance" which is the smallest of the range, with a 140mm lense and 55watt bulb.since i got a lightforce i havnt used the others.ligthforce is the way forward!!!!
