  7. Hi Guys looking at clearing my current set up to start looking at other projects. I would rather deal F2F on this to avoid hassle of postage and the worries that come with it. I am in no rush to sell and would rather do so with both parties happy with the deal and goods seen etc. This has been a pleasurable bit of kit to use and has changed the bunny bashing game for me on my perms in the night. located in Scunthorpe north lincs. More pics can be sent via email if needed any viewing welcome. stating the obvious so sorry but FAC holders only for the rifle and ammo CZ 45
  8. Maybe in the one turning into a miserable winge bag. I know this part of the section helped me out loads. appreciate this gets annoying but don't see the need of flooding nearly every request with sarcasm. Defeats the object. i have of taken people out through this section of the forum and met some genuine guys who struggle. to be fair i struggle for a shooting buddy half the time so always open to anyone in the Lincolnshire area. That's why i keep an eye out on this section.
  9. honest sound advice without trying to put the poor lad down. Good to see, who knows maybe given the guy a steer into knocking more doors and before long he is enjoying the sport and back here offering advice to others
  10. Gents/newcomers. if you are struggling with shooting opportunities. Save time advertising to get land as its going to be a struggle. do spend time asking questions from those who are experiences into the sport. Listen to the advice, check out permission slips. Knock some doors, if you get any potential opportunities. Speak to the guys ob the site best way to seal the deal and keep the landowners in your good books. good luck and hope you benefit from this site and the inherent experiences as i have. all you trolls looking to put people down. Fook off!
  11. fook me, fair enough people asking for land are being a bit daft. To be fair though this site helped me enjoy and make the most of what i love doing. How about offering some advice and steering them in the direction by way of basc membership. Good permission letters. How to come across as respectful and trust worthy to land owners. nah sounds too much like being fair with people. Lets just rip the shit into everyone???? do you even have any interest in this part of the forum bar you and rake getting on your high horse. one of the reasons had enough of this site. Wind your neck in.
  12. What battery are you using Pete?.....only if it's a cheapy one you'll probably find the mah rating is no where near what's written on it.Someone has posted pics on nvfuk forum showing a cheap 18650 battery dismantled only to find one of those small lithium batteries inside (cr 123?) what a con. It pays to buy decent batteries for an oslon based ir torch to get the best out of it........or go 12v. To be fair it is a cheapy- it's the one that came with the torch. I have robbed some from an old laptop I had that were a little better. Just need to stop being tight and by a new battery and a
  13. It is very easy! Check out rolaids bench on YouTube. It's all plug and play!!
  14. Nice build natron, I'm still enjoying mine. Think I need to upgrade my t-20 it's battery life is very limited.
  15. Ask him if he can give you a reason why you can't be trusted! and you will give him a week to think about it lol.
  16. I see what your saying but you would be surprised how rigid it is on the rail(no wobble) If you knocked it about you may have issues( as would the scope) but certainly been solid enough to carry about the field.
  17. It's just a weaver rail scope mount turned upside down mate.
  18. Cheers guys. I appreciate what I do have as I know how long it took me to gain the permissions and plenty out there less fortunate than me!
  19. Cheer Froudy-at the end of the day I only have two permissions for rabbit so I'm not going to rock the boat or start questioning him. One of the times I was on his land at night I found a tent full of druken youths and called the police he was very great full in dealt with them without bothering him. Think I will appreciate the permission in the day and start looking for some others I could maybe tackle at night as I am starting to go out with night vision on the other land and clearing double the rabbits in the dark.
  20. Hi guys this may be a simple answer someone and I'm missing something. I have been shooting one of my permissions for about 2 years. Mostly in the daylight but odd occasions I have lamper it. The past two times I called the farmer to double check if I was ok to go out he has declined. The first time his response was not tonight definitely not tonight. I had put this down to maybe the wind and rain and he didn't want me in his field in the conditions. ( although not the worse I have been out and that same evening I went to another perm which turned out to be very productive)
  21. Can see 150yds no problem and yes it's the ej230
  22. I..... Managed to get out last night for 2 hours shot 4 bunnies and if it wasn't for the rainn I would have double that no problem I could see the scope of all the fields with ease.
  23. Videos will follow when I get a dvr next pay day lol
  24. Went out last night all I need to say its a game changer and have seen one of my permissions more active than ever!!!
  25. http://s1304.photobucket.com/user/pete12341/media/image_zps602f1157.jpg.html In the end went for the Roland's build with eJ230 and a marky t20. Just can't wait to get out there now!
