  8. B&F everytime for me nice kit and reliable and gets you to within 4 inches of the dog. read about Ortovox on the above mentioned site and it reads For Earth Dogs The ORTOVOX-BAUHUNDESENDER (EARTH DOG TRANSMITTER) which is fastened on the dog's collar sends a radio signal. The ORTOVOX-HUNDERETTER (DOG RECEIVER) receives the signal. The lesser the distance between transmitter and receiver the louder the tone gets. With the rotary switch you can change the range- and search area from 40m to 1m (43 yrds to 1 yard). Also, navigation is shown optically with three colored LEDs.The O

  10. I keep spaniels and terriers and for bushing the spaniels are tops ! 1:spaniels are methodical at there hunting and cover every inch of ground. 2:a decent spaniel will go through any cover gorse, blackthorn you name it it will go through. 3 they will flush and drop to shot 4: any earth in dense cover my terriers will drop in( and two terriers dropping in one earth aint my cup of tea!) the spaniels try but dont quite fit 5:i wouldnt want my terriers opening up chasing as it tends to bugger all the game off further on the gorse banks. 6:i have said this before if its jus

Use a smoker in the thick bushes start from the far end the small amount of fumes helps move then but to be honest its i think its the noise that freaks them ! its not ideal but it worked for me, and for the trees like little_lloyd said shake the buggers out Hope it helps. live trap is another option i think cheshire game supplies do a multi catch for about 40 ish quid.
