    Hi all, I'm going to purchase my first air rifle and I have came between the two choices between a kral devil under lever in a .22 or a BSA meteor .22, I have read reviews on both rifles and both seem pretty good, I'm mainly going to be using the gun for shooting crows, magpies etc... but I don't know which one to choose, as I said this will be my first air rifle so don't know much about them, but any info on these rifles and which one to go for would be great ! What would be the maximum killing range of these rifles ? Any info would be much appretiated ! Cheers atb

    Hi guys, there's hay after being made around my area a couple of days ago. it has been scorching hot for a good few weeks now where I am living. I was just wondering, would it be a good idea to run my lurcher on the cut ground in this heat in the night time ? or would the hard ground tear his pads ? Or will it be ok ? Would appreciate any info ! Cheers lads

    Hi guys, is it possible to use my nordik crow call to call in foxes ? I often see foxes with crows in there mouths, and I've always wondered will they come in close enough for the shotgun by using the crow caller ? As there is a tiny population of rabbits around my area I imagine the foxes would eat crows normally ? Any tips would be great ! Cheers atb

    get a long piece of blue rope and tie it around the ring on her collar, when you have this done throw out the dummy and when the pup picks it up gently pull the rope back towards you and giving the command ' come ', when you pull the rope back towards you the pup has no choice but to come back. When the pup comes back give her a treat. Do this 2/3 times a day and every time the pup comes back give her a treat. So dog is kinda saying in its head, 'If i come back to him i get a treat, mmm i like this' Gradually the dog will associate the command ' come ' with getting a treat. So over time you

    As above can you put a 100w bulb into a clubman cb2 lamp ? i have a 50w bulb in it now, would it cause damage to the lamp if i put in a 100w bulb ? cheers atb

    Well lads, have any of you ever tried the tracer hunting lamps, preferably the 210 or the 170 ? If any of you have ever used these lamps, are they any good ? what is your opinion on them ? do they produce a good beam like the lightforce ? Cheers lads atb

    HI lads, i was up at one of my permissions today, the farmer is just after sewing wheat into the ground and i thought i would go up and try shoot some pigeons. I arrived at the permission and there was not one pigeon on the ground but there was a lot of crows. I was thinking about decoying the crows but i thought if i let off a shot that the crows would just bugger off somewhere else. So what im trying to say is, can you decoy crows like you can decoy pigeons ? will the crows keep coming in like the pigeons do or will they fly off and not come back after one shot ? Cheers lads atb

    Well lads i was up at one of my permissions today to see if there was pigeons about. There was not one pigeon on the ground but there was alot of crows. The farmer is just after sewing wheat into the ground. Will the pigeons prefer feeding on the wheat when it is grown or cut ? or is there just no pigeons about ? Also how do i locate the flightline ?     Hi lads , im new to rifle shooting and i just wanted to know what grain bullet would you use for foxes with a .22 ? and would you use hollow points, soft points or what type of bullet do you guys use for foxes ? What magnification would my scope need to be ? Would i need a moderator ? Any information would be great lads Cheers atb

    does the + wire on the charger go to the + terminal on the battery ?

    Hi lads im after finding out the + and - sides on my clulite 12v charger , i got a 12v 18ah lawnmower battery , so if i snip off the original connection off the battery charger and tie the two wires onto the loops on the battery will it charge the battery ? Cheers
