All-rounders do exist, but are like gold dust.... I've seen one, I didn't own him, and the dog was "a true all-rounder" I didn't really realise how good the dog was until he had died, he was never bred from, as there was a lack of good enough bitches around, a crying shame... A lot of people do not need a "true all-rounder" simply because everybody has there own preferences on game they run and the land they run on, and the majority stick to one thing. Personally I could do with an all-rounder, but I just don't think I’ll find one very quickly!

Well my personal preference would always be a dog, a big strong FAST type, not necessarily big meaning a dog with bull in it, just big, powerful dog that can shift through the gears. But my youngest lurcher at the moment happens to be a bitch, she was the only one in the litter, and I was given what I got, the breeding was from two good dogs, a few were after the pups, and I happened to be 5th in line out of us mates, the rest wanted the dogs. I'll see how she goes, but I’d rather kennel dogs any day over bitches and I'm already having my doubts, I prefer dogs general strength and they see

As the season is very much upon us now, well as soon as the remaining fields are cut, most of us will be back at it, most days and nights, and i'm pretty sure the odd poacher watch groups and police will be getting ready and on the look out wasting goverment money... When or if you've been pulled with lurchers in the past, while the ban has been in place, if you happen to be in an area, you have no reason to be... What have you said? Have any of you been in bother, since the ban was enforced upon us for accidentally breaking the law ?

Yep BF Muds agree there wink hound, yes you pay more than remoulds and some other tyre makes... but there great on the road and off it, I wouldn't want the AT 50/50 all terrains or I'd of been well stranded by now... ... Big thumbs up for BF Muds, last well as well.. What are they like if you cover a fair amount of road miles also? noisey or bareable?

Tyres obviously have a massive impact on your vehicle when it comes to the rough and wet stuff, What do you have fitted on yours? Mud terrains or all terrains? Anybody recommend what they find the best tyre for both road and off-road work? Obviously some of them mudders are far too noisy on the road and won't give you a decent performance, have you found any to be different?

Yep, they will be one of the first things I'll be fitting, seen that lightforce do them, but are a bit steep in price at around £235 a pair and thats on ebay , so think i'll stick to some cheap rally giant ones.

What do you mean by muscle bound? Build up of too much muscle that isn't necessarily? That may cause problems such as cramp etc after a few runs on the lamp or daytime? Have you encountered problems like this before? Getting them fit and waiting for your invite, for me to come "track" all the fallow etc you messers have down there...
