Headed out round the house this morning with a few mates , we had 3 russell pups with us ( which we were looking to hunt ) and my old russell bitch as back up ! tried a multitude of earths with the pups but nowt found ( re checked with old bitch ) anyway came to a field with 2 good earths , as we approached the earths 6 or 7 rabbits dropped into them pups drew strongly at 2 entrances that smelt of fox , but also the holes that some of the bunnys had entered . So to be on the safe side we entered the experienced dog . and ten mins later at 0.4 a big dog fox . dealt with ,with old reti

i used to use Durateston done the job well , but found that it fcuked up the bitches future cycles ( when looking to breed )

Those young lads with a bit about them have to learn from the older lads with a lot about them or else the system breaks down .I was going to add its as much fun entering a young lad as it is a young terrier but thats oh so wrong lol. The pleasure these days is in getting young starters to an exceptable level be they canine or human .You cant teach it all and lessons have to be learnt for it to sink in. Nearly choked on my toast Ditto

ended up ferreting myself Dan , dedicated terrier men TOO BLOCKED to go out , had a yarn with farmer and put on to 2 new earths ( virgin earths might i add ) i'm sure everyone likes to take a day off barry and have a good drink but if theres room for me the next time i'll go,i would like to see them russells of yours going ........by the way digger nice dogs mate dont think so ... your not well liked round these parts !!
