No worries Chris - The 97 is a stunning rifle too - I was torn between the 95 and 97 when I bought mine, but in the end was swayed by the weight and feel of the 95 - I just fell in love with it when I held it close....okay that sounded a bit erm...... But you know what I mean! All the best in your search.

Hi sorry for slow response. @ Allan Holmes: I am in Windsor, Berks @chrispainter: Yes the scope is included, and the bag - and what's left of my ammo - about 1/4 tin (changing weight & make for the PCP) You are 20-45 mins away from me, depending on whether you're East or West of Reading Central. We can meet midway if you'd like. @ Evil_Skrirell: Yes, the rifle is still available.

One and a half year old Weihrauch HW95K in .22 flavour with Weihrauch suppressor. The rifle has been well looked after, kept in a GMK sheepskin case (indcluded), regularly oiled, and never stored damp. In as new condition, with less than 500 rounds shot. 12ft/lbs, stable, and very accurate. A real pleasure to shoot. It is a Right-handed Stock. Selling to fund a PCP. Would prefer F2F, but will post if I feel comfortable. Pics are here i am looking for £230 + P&P Any questions, please let me know. Tiger

Love it Alex - just proves that you don't have to be on top of your quarry to hunt effectively with an air rifle.

Wow - my in-laws from my first marriage lived round the corner from there! 64 was a bit before my time, but I wouldn;t be surprised if my ex father-in-law knew your mum - back then it was quite a close community in that area. Yes, the troubles...it's s real pity what has happened to what is a beautiful country

Well she must be a wonderful woman - I was born in Germiston :clapping: - what are the odds???? Which part did she grow up in? And when? I had quite a lot of family living there.

 Thanks for the heads-up Mole. Rats!! Gonna need to rethink my shooting plan then.....at least now I know why those men in the green Landrovers kept following me around the Great Park yesterday

Hi all Just saying 'hi' I am a forum newbie, located in Windsor. Having taken a break from hunting when we immigrated from South Africa 7yrs ago, I haved decided to get back into the sport. I have just bought a Weihrauch .22 HW97 Air rifle, with 4x40 scope, and am happy to be printing 40mm groupings at 30 yards - I thought it was going to take a lot longer to get my eye back in. I know I have more work to do, but given I haven't shot in more than 8 years, and my rifle is still running in, I am pretty chuffed so far. If anyone has spare capacity or needs assistance (or even some company)
