Looks like I might have problems! Real man Mine dont fall asleep infront of TV, problem is we dont have one!, Yep I have to put my hand up to the Green been scenario. Made bread and butter pudding with stewed plumb (HFW recipe) He loves it, so we have had it twice in the last two weeks, Brad pitt and Will smith pretty cool in my opinion, but Once you get back down to reality,( I aint Angelina Joile!) I am just happy to settle for My tall dark (going a bit grey) MT. Guess I am lucky, He lets me cook and wash for him, and even lets me go out lamping with him and help by carrying lamp

Cant wait to watch this, dont have a telly so checking with 4 OD that i am ok to watch without telly lisence Shame that most of the non country living people are so ignorant of the situations. You only have to look in local asda down here. 3 shelves 6 rows wide of bacon all from holland and just one row of british! ask the store attendants when they are sold out of british stuff and they dont even realise they stock it! Yeh sure is has a small flag on it, but that is lost in all the other bumph they put on the packages! Thank goodness I know a few farmers who sell me their stock fre

Once the skin is cured, is it plyable or does it go hard and unmanageable? did something similar with a pheasant skin (feathers and all) once and it was very rigid. If the pelt does stay hard how do you go about getting it softer?

Had to put a comment on! Firstly wonderful pictures, last time I saw this happen was 15 years back when we had a lovely natural pond in family home. used to collect the empty cases off the reeds most years. However hen I was ten I had to do a nature project for school so took some of these cases in and talked about the life cycle of the dragon fly ( mostly gleaned from the Ladybird books!) Teacher actually told me I was talking cobblers about them living under water for 2 years! "stupid girl of course a winged creature doesnt swim under water"! Had to take the lady bird book in to sc

We lost one last year that didnt appear to have been serviced by our vasectomised hob. Could have been that there was something wrong with her as she was getting on, but our other 15 all get sorted out, and our boy pimped out to various friends!!

We have used both for our dogs, must admit that the spot on is easier, the amount we have to use of the spray means that you have to get the dogs to stand still for a min to apply and then rub in, oldest dog hates it but is fine with spot on. Only have to pick up spray and she gets all silly! Use the spray on the ferrets from time to time, easiest way to get off ticks and the like.

one option I have heard off, and tried with some sucess is to blow an egg and then get a syringe full of mustard, Chill sauce /tabasco etc fill the egg up and then see what happens, I did have some sucess but at the time had 50 ish birds and a couple of eaters. One that would run up to a young POL that was laying outside and almost eat the egg before it was laid! another sign sometimes of the culprit will be if you look closely at you birds one may have a greasier looking front/ sometimes even yoke left on it. Is the egg definately being eaten? not just a soft one being laid? they wil

My thoughts exactly!!! First bitch wouldnt shut up, and with being a milker, I needed sleep! 4th night was in dispare so took her to bed with us! perfect ever since, but with 2 dogs now they sleep in the hall with no problems. Sorry but i found it was the only way to stop the noise. Problem when you go to work, quit!! dogs more fun No solution to that one unless you know someone who would dog sit during the day??

She says she wants you out? If she really means it and not just an off hand, mid argument, comment then fair enough, but sometimes things said that arent ment. If holidays arent an option can you maybe not even get away for and afternoon, without kid? There was obviously something that worked in the begining and for a long time. Must admit, cant understand anyone not loveing feretts and dogs. But realise it can cause strife. Shame really. What ever happens though, like you said if poss keep it amiacable. And on a lighter note try and rent somewhere near a library, most have interne

Our pup does the same thing to husband when he is on forum too long, comes up with toys and if that doesnt work she trys to physically remove him from chair!! As you said she is a pup and as with kids they all take differant times to learn. Our latest was a to house train when we had no problem with the first and used same methods, however the pup wanted to work at 7 months and was not satisfied to sit and watch, the first one wasnt really interested for the first year of her life? Cant remember if you said on you last post if you take any of these toys out with you when walking? If she i

Ferrets get them and my girls love them, almost as much as mice (un poisoned of course) Can put one in the cage and all that is left by morning is tail and back legs Havent tried eating them yet, look too much like rats when I have skinned tail off for fly tying But understand they are ment to be good.

Husband finds whole maize is quite a good bait where squirels are concerned. (he will use a 25K sack in a couple of months) try putting a few bits outside of run, then trickle though and over trap to encourage. Sticks definatly needed across the tunnels to prevent headless pheasants and dead dicky birds! You dont need to have it set too heavy for squirels or rats or you will probably find you get false trips by mice.

are you two for real lets say your own kid is getting atacked by a dog . and you are not going to get stuck in with the boot. your just going to take it to the vets. BOLOX your going to be very fecking angry and lash straight out at the dog. i have never hurd so much shit. the love for your child is more than any dog Sorry but Have to agree with hob and jill, I can appreaciate that the love of a child is great, but full on beating a dog until it was obviously unconsious is not right, It shows lack on self control which as a father he should possess. Even if it was in a full

Has anyone asked the farmer if he is pissed off with the foxes being shot? maybe he wanted them gone and not just used for 'sport' Ooops probably opened up for a string of abuse, but at the end of the day If the foxes are a problem to the farmer, he will want them gone, not let loose for another chance and to become even more cunning. Admit that there are some people that should not be allowed to shoot and that there are lots that educate the foxes against lamps but Also know that when a vixen came and killed 25 of my chickens in under an hour. Terriers didnt find the fox and cubs, but by

And there is me too scared to do a bungie jump! Wow that must have been some thing else Think it must be one of those - 'Dont try this at home' things

Think from reading the other lead that this dog still needs a good home, must be someone out there that could think of a friend or family member that could benifit from a dog. if not for working then just for a pet? We rescued a lurcher that turned out not to have a hunting bone in its body but found it a home with my mother, better than the bullet it was going to get.

Thats a shame for the dog, thought it was going to be a happy ever after story.
