    i supplement mine with pure horse codliver oil ,i cap twice a week good for coat ,joints ,bones and i,m sure it does alot a more

    its annoying isit when you see your dog not doing somthing he has for months ,my young dog [18 months] was retreiveing rabbits for months they wern,t alive but allways 2 the hand ,now since i,ve moved him on quarry that dosen,t or carn,t retrieve he stoped retreiveing fullstop i,ve gone back 2 basics but i think i,m fighting a looseing battle but i,m not giving up not yet anyway mbut it pisses you off

    i feed dry [snedys wonderdog] plus raw and the odd bones and pigs trotters roasted what i get from my good pal rapidjenky who works as slaughtermen ,its the first time i,ve haven,t heard that remark made from trigger about how he thinks raw gives a dog more stamina anybody else got the same views ahs trigger ??

    books and dvd are very good ,but real knowlegde is in the field goodluck with your venture in the lurcher world

    i use quilts. and thin bedding in the summer as i can the bedding realy cheap cost a couple of pound and just buy a new 1 every few week save our lass whinge about hairs blocking the washer up

    can they be trained to call it off should you think they are gonna go crashing in to something? I can't call my dogs off when they are in chace they go into a trace lol Heard so many horror stories of dogs getting there necks broke or getting serious injuries from running in to things and even running in to roads! is there no way to have it under full control even whilst its running or do they get to much in the moment" to even hear ya? all the above comes with working dogs its just the way the cookie cruumbles

    Your probs not going to like the advice I got earlier then....Been told lurchers are to big for rabbits.. this gets better and better collies are 2 dence lurchers are no good for rabbits i,ve seen 30tts dogs scoop rabbits up for fun ,well but this way a lurcher imo is a far rabbit dog then any beddy/whippet or whippet going on terrain /wind /coat/feet and drive ,their some right numtys on here but they proberly give you better advice then this wollie is Beddy/whip is a lurcher buddy haha

    i don,t why people get upset it should be ever taking as fun people should,nt get 2 serious ,so 2 these avents meet a few people have a few beers see other dogs happy days if you get a roseete at the end of the day job a gooden if you don,nt better luck next time ,the real action happens in the field not in the ring
