  1. A week old tomorrow, getting fat now..
  2. Thanks lads, there will be around 2 spare as I didn't think she would have 6, I might end up keeping 2 myself depending on how they turn out as I know I will struggle choosing one.. It's a good few weeks away yet before i need to make that choice, id change my mind about 50 times if I tried picking one now, be interesting to see what size and shape they turn out.
  3. I never thought she would have six.. I had her scanned and got told there was 3, skycat, I've always liked the look of cricket he's like a mini lurcher hopefully one of these bitches will turn out a racey little thing, it won't be easy picking one!

  5. I've fancied this cross a while now, my bitch is a decent ferreting and bushing dog and so is the sire, they won't be no world beaters but I'm sure I'll get plenty of enjoyment bringing a pup on,
  6. Thanks mate, I'm keeping a bitch so just four to choose from !
  7. Well after a long wait my bitch has had a litter of 6 pups, 4 bitches 2 dogs, my bitch is a 3/4 border 1/4 pat and the sire is a kc whippet owned by my friend, 2 pups are grizzle in colour and the rest are a chocolate type of colour at the moment, thankfully my bitch is very maternal and doing ok feeding etc, both parents work cover well and catch a few so I'm looking forward to bringing my pup on!
  8. She looked like a collie when I got her, turned brown about 6 months old then eventually ended up silver/grey around a year, she's almost brindle underneath her coat now, she's always been slightly strange!

  13. I've got a bitch here from him
  14. I think any terrier would take to bushing given the chance, my terrier and lurcher seem to work as a team if my lurcher is marking the terrier will go in, or if the terriers bushing the lurcher knows exactly where to stand ready, both my dogs are really soft and don't destroy the rabbits thankfully! http://i931.photobucket.com/albums/ad160/kps1/16B91A1D-E32A-47DA-A44B-4D62831FCCD5-1026-000001C0C5642CC6_zpsae4de8c0.mp4

  17. I have a bitch who was very slow to mature, it used to drive me mad, but she just clicked about two year old and catches regular now, I know it can be frustrating, I have been taking her out with friends dogs that are very experienced and she's learnt a lot by doing so,
