    If You heard them initially ,should there be more there You will hear them again,however if it was my loft I would be baiting it as well as a precaution,you only want one to chew through a cable,also check the drains Manholes around the house for droppings,as rats will quite often enter through a broken drain up a cavity.

    Like the beardie collie unless it was working to sheep or cattle I would not entertain it,I personally have never seen one working,they probably have done in the past???? Is anyone still working them now. Our beardie look and are nothing like show beardies and they probably would make a good cross,lots of good attributes fearless highly trainable very agile surprisingly quick.

    I use a clulighte masterlight supreme cracking tool really light plenty of beam for rabbits and foxes,will last a good 4 hours and you can buy spare batteries which are the size of aaa fit in your top pocket.
