  3. Now this is the rifle i WILL own when the time comes I am just wondering if anybody owns one and if you could tell me how much better it is than the previous pcps you have owned? thanks atb scott
  4. My opinion would be an s410 as i own one and are fantastic rifles. classic or carbine length would be personal choice as both are the same accuracy i currently have a classic but i am going to sell it soon and pick up a carbine as i would prefer a shorter one. atb scott
  5. how close can you normally get? i dont think that changing to .177 is going to allow to shoot further. i shoot a .177 AA s410 which i shoot out to 50m - it will obviously shoot further but i dont need to. my normal rabbit shooting range is 30-40m (stalking not hiding) in terms of rifle it depends on your budget. hope this helps scott
  6. Was just kidding before. Nice back bag mate! Atb Scott
  7. sorry to be a twat mate lol thanks alot atb scott
  8. have you chrono'd through all the shots? i would just like to know the fps & ft/lb consistency. atb scott
  9. Hi matey Basically i was just looking at the amount of usually shot i would get out of a .177 carbine, because i do feel my classic can be a bit too long in some cases and as my 21st is coming up i thought i might change or modify my rifle so i thought of getting the carbine version. I base my classic on having 30 good shots, i know it will do more but im happy with that, so if the carbine will do 30 thats good enough for me as i might get it reg'd in the future anyway. Atb Scott hi Scott yes it will buddy also if you get it reg'd then you will get more regards
  10. hi mate is it a carbine? also who did you reg? recommended? atb scott
  11. Hi matey Basically i was just looking at the amount of usable shot i would get out of a .177 carbine, because i do feel my classic can be a bit too long in some cases and as my 21st is coming up i thought i might change or modify my rifle so i thought of getting the carbine version. I base my classic on having 30 good shots, i know it will do more but im happy with that, so if the carbine will do 30 thats good enough for me as i might get it reg'd in the future anyway. Atb Scott
  12. He means good shots that dont vary too much in fps. Ye he will get 60 but there will be a bigger power curve. I get shots but i only use around 30-40 after a 165 bar fill because i know that each shot will be similar therefore reducing the risk of flyers especially when out in the field. Atb Scott
  13. Hi mate Great hide I was looking at getting one of these so let me know how it goes and i might invest. Atb Scott
  14. I own an s410 classic and think its a great rifle. I am looking to find out how many useable shots per fill you get out of the carbine model. if i fill to 165-170 bar i get 30-40 good useable shots out of my classic. So i am just wondering what you fill to and how many decent shots you get? The calibre im interested in is .177 Atb Scott
  15. Lol, ye mate was raining quite heavy Atb Scott

  18. hey lads well me and 'alexarrigone' went out today for a few hours pigeon shooting. after bagging one we sat and waited for them to land again and just repeated until we reached a total of 5. then we went off to another part and saw a pesky tree rat sneaking up to a nest so he got a well deserved AA field in his brain then another tree rat in the tree adjacent - dropped him aswell then another hit the dust then another then another we reached a total of 5 within 15 minutes heres the photos and a scope cam. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YZEHyRs_
