    Hi bunnys why is it a no no on collie based dogs not heard that one i ask because i have 2 collie based dogs one is my lurcher collie whippet grey x bull grey 2 1/2 years old and the other is a pet collie cross 14 years old ??? never had any problems with them also my daughter has a sheltie x collie which i treat, look forward to your reply.

    went ferreting a couple of weeks ago they came back covered in ticks a couple spots of Panomec no ticks 2 days later

I was reccomended this by a mate http://cgi.ebay.co.u...atchlink:top:en Has anyone had any experience with it? have found with natural products they don't work mate, personaly i would not waste my money, i use a product called PANOMEC from the vets it is a injectable form for cattle, sheep,pigs for internal paracites, not saying inject your dogs with it just use it has you would frontline on the back off the neck the only thing is the vet might not give it you to use on your dogs, the only way i get it is i use it on racing pigeons for flea and worming contr

    just keep at it mate they can be a pain to get rid off, sounds like you have got a infestation get rid of all the dogs bedding, put powder all round the skirting boards and on your furniture, leave it there for a few days then repeat with fresh, has their eggs can lie dormant until condition are right to hatch, or get intouch with the council to see if they have some stronger powders or sprays you can treat your house with, some councils sell it they do round my way. atb

    its the collie in her keep the training up just be a bit firmer with the commands my bitch has to kill them before she brings them to hand.

    i have three bitches all live together no problems my lurcher and the other two are just pets, i walk them together, just train the lurcher on its own. forgot to say the 2 pet dogs are 13 and 14 years of age and me lurcher is 2 1/2 years
