    I am lead to believe that you can buy the HW98 barrel shroud separately. Turn this down to the length of the Spectre barrel and profile it to match the back of the HW silencer. Should sort out any muzzle flip/ hold sensitivity. And the shorter barrel should even out the lighter weight stock compared to the 98. Just a thought, so long as you know of a competent gunsmith! ;0)

    Some shooting that Daz! To think that years ago 40 yards was the limit. Some people may still baulk at it, but in the right conditions, with the right gear, and the right practice it can be done. I haven't got the skill/ belief to stretch beyond the 65 yard mark

    Darryl, I was thinking about gun butt up or down earlier after your mishap. I was always taught muzzles up, as you said. But a gun dropped on the butt may cause an accidental discharge which brings with it a greater safety risk. They are not called quick detach clips for no reason. Glad you got it sorted though

    With the THL meet just around the corner I thought it was about time to get some much needed practice in with the new Spectre. Having spent an hour working out the mil dots at ranges up to 55 yards, I was some what sun burnt and the tin of Air arms diablo's was getting sparse. So I packed away the target cards and picked up my kit and was about to head indoors, when something caught my eye. A crow had settled on the fence at the far side of the pig pen.     2 of the lads passed out bollock naked in a hotel room, so we rolled a johnny on a pen , squirted some of the free shampoo in it the shoved it one lads arse and then pulled then pen out. The other one we used the shampoo stuff to lube up all the loose change and pushed that up his arse. When they woke up the next morning one started laughing at the other as every step he took some change fell out of his ring piece.
