  2. Hey bust I know what you are saying, but we know its not over as it hasent been touched since factory set, steve just thinks it may have lost a bit, obviously steve would put it over a chrony if he had one to hand. Just a quick solution, a chrony has been orderd .atb. .ste.
  3. What did you get, my yellow pages has taken a bit of a hammering already so may not be the most accurate of tests. .atb. .ste.
  4. You should point out its .177 domed pellet aswel Very rough test but should show you weather or not your rifle is under power or not, I got 920ish pages including the front cover that had a tear in, with the impression going a little further. My rifle chrono'd at 10.6/10.7 Hope thats a little help. .atb. .ste.
  5. Probably any at that range as long they are accurate and close to 6ft lb, will need to be a head shot tho, as the breast bone is solid, just out of curiosity how are you managing to get that close? .atb. .ste. 9. Thanks for all comments guys, I want to have some squizzer in the near future, we dont get many on our permission, the last one I saw was one that davy shot I beleve, I thaught it was a rabbit at first led on the floor with the others I dident look out of place, it was a stonker , Would have done for a sunday roast lol .atb. .ste.
  10. I have tryed it but found it hard as the light seems to spread around and make it hard to see through the scope, but if you have a technique that works for you then thats good, some of the old school blokes (john darling included I think) used motorbike headlights on there head with bike batterys in there pockets, so if its working mate stick with it:) Guess its all down to personal technique. Would this happen to be the headlight with a red setting aswel? If so how bright is it in red? Just curious as I dont like turning my white headlight on to re-load mag. .atb. .ste.

  19. I have a gamo cf-x .22 (i know, I know a gamo) and have settled on superdomes they are accurate in this rifle and have tryed others that have been spat out all over the shop, its all trial and error. I would still only use the gamo out to 30 yards tops, weather thats me or the rifle I dont know, its true what they say the trigger is pants on it, never seaming to break in the same place twice. .atb. .ste.
  20. Hey bust, was waiting for you to drop in sp deliverd .atb. .ste.
  21. Well guys, wind has now stoped play, we had a go on some targets and decided the shots were not accurate enough to carry on (for the rabbits sake) They will be here for another day, has to be a v.high chance of clean kill or no shots to be taken. .atb. Lads. Steve will bung up the pics in the morning
  22. Another one for steve, 40yds ish, a great shot given the wind I was well impressed, my phone battery is nearly dead so this may be the last post of the night but im sure its not the last rabbit. .atb. .ste.

Well we will see, time to have a fag .atb. .ste.
