after reading through this thread im a bit confused, due to being new to the stalking scene i am sitting my dsc1/2 in oct through basc and thought it would benefit me question is is it worth my while doing the course or not? or is it just a money maker for basc/dsc? opinions?

no it doesnt mate.alot of it depends how they are bought on.like many dogs that have all the names in their breeding,so much has been riuned by idiots its hard to find one true to type. can remember rambo back in the 80s when the beddies came first on the scene was a nice type, but as rod said its all in how theyre brought on, the more they see the better. the trouble is people making big money of all the old name strains and breeding shite with shite and breeding for looks rather than working ability makes it hard to find one true to type

its the coat in bramble that would put me off.cant be comfortable the gutchcommon line is the boy rod good tight wire coats on them not like the shite thats about now would crash cover for the fun of it plus work to ground well.

nice little bedlington id say the last bedlington i had spent 90% of its time in the cover as for nose you get a good un you wont go far wrong if there were any sent about hed work like a hound and if he marked would not come away untill it was accounted for aint come across any that were cover shy

i agree with kay feed plenty and handle them regular when they have been feed, also wash your hands before you handle them just incase you have been handling food if the smell it on you they'll have a go at eating you'r fingers lol
