  1. I use three or four JRT in foxhole, all my dogs are 10'-12' (height) and 5-6 kg, they are little and very fast under the hearth... the fox bolting is fast... only three or four? what about big places? show shite australian russells.this is the people that ruined the terrier game in italy, banned full contact test only cos they had not good dogs and so on. Vergognati a mettere questi video.non rappresentano niente.
  2. One of the jagdterrier I've now is 40 cm tts and about 13 kilos and is limited in is use.He will try every thing to get there but sometimes everything is not enough. I've another five dogs and the biggest one is way smaller than him, most of them half the size, having quite a big pack I can have him and only using him in the right places. I think most of us have seen big powerfull dogs mouled by quarry simply cos they cant move having pushed them too tight
  3. never seen a terrier that can kill a badger and everyone claiming he has one is a liar get a glen of imaal dogs killing adult badgers underground...........bullshit. I've digged to a dead badger once but it was soffucated.I've seen 3 dogs killed by the same badger in a rock earth one after the other when a stupid hunter kept putting dogs in,all 3 being good game dogs owned by an idiot, the badger was later cought in a snare and it wasn't even big. I've seen a badger cought over ground by 4 of my boarhounds,it was teared to piece but still alive and fighting untill I put an end to his suf
  4. never seen a terrier that can kill a badger and everyone claiming he has one is a liar

  10. Pics like this don't do anyone any good - get a grip mate. What are you hoping to prove by this - are you hoping the pic of the big 'hard' terrier with the chowed puss makes you look hard!!! Nah just makes you look like the fool that you are! your workers please
  11. can I please see your workers? as I'm not satisfacted by all the criticism i'll put another,my best worker veteran Fany totally blind cos of porcupine thorns
  12. Rocky is still young and has not worked that much, cos every time I work him he spend time in the hospital, believe me he is an hard dog. I'm in my 7th year on this forum and I've only posted when I had something interesting to say,I've never put down others dogs. Most of the guys on here are only capable of putting down other dogs and other ways of hunting.Real hunters are few and far betwen on Thl and I have great respect for guys like Cleanspade,Donny , Liamdelaney ,Waz and my great friend Matt from Slovakia and a few others but I dont care a single thing of what keyboard hunters have to say
  13. Alli how many times have you hunted terriers in southern tuscany? a lot of our hunting is caves, old mining works, bombing refuges of ww2 and even Etruschi tombs and ruins. A dog the size of rocky has his work here.Come here with bayer and your spade and lets see how many you catch!
  14. and there's the picture that's now on every antis to do list for their next website update, nice one I'm in italy and I hunt in accord with italian laws, never had a problem,on the other side my service and my dogs are requested by local administrations to get rid of vermin.
  15. AS I've said everyone is welcome to see my dogs and how well they live and to see this dog and others work. I've nothing to hide i put here my name and my face. Valerio Bardi
  16. I take good care of my dogs they are well feed, well homed and well treated and rested when they are injured. If you ever come to italy for an holiday you are welcome to see it yourself. My dogs are worked hard and I like they to be game

  18. SMILE he cant be workend in every hole,he his 40 cm tts and 13 kg.too hard for his own good
  19. Rocky one of my jagd terriers,a big hard b*****d
  20. Here in italy we have fox to ground only a few days in the coldest days of the winter and during cubbing, and of course when they are disturbed by boars hunting. With the global warming even UK will become like this.
  21. Here in italy its quite common for terriers to lose eyes with porcupines thornes. But I've had and still have half blind and totally blind terriers working well as before.
  22. I've allways bolted foxes to gun,as where I live most setts are undiggable.you need to be silent when approching the earth, relise the dog from a good distance, and wait in stealth mode, leaving all the bolt holes open. The dogs we use are hard "bolt or kill" jagdterriers. If you do the things in a good way most fox will bolt. You need to be a good shooter to kill bolting fox,if the earth is in a thick wood you will miss a lot,but I think its a better sport than nets.
