  8. well, i got on to the dep. of argi today. after been put on hold for nearly 40 mins, and put from person to person, they were no help at all. two people never heard of rabbit farming for meat. they knew about the pet side of it alright and were willing to help there. they are going to get back to me tomorrow with some research, so we will see how it goes. atb, j.
  9. Get someone to jazz them up a bit with a zip or some type of fastening and hawk them on Ebay as "out of service rampant rabbit pouches" You'll make a fortune (If you can find a rabbit with a f*****g skin big as a bin liner ) :laugh:

  12. thanks too everyone for their help and replies and advice. the main worry i would have about this venture would be the processing the meat, i.e. ( salughtering). with so many rules and regulations, it could be very diffacult for to start. also, he was thinking off free range farming them, instead of battery farming. atb, j.
  13. hi all. is there anyone on here that has any experience off rabbit farming on a commerical scale. the reason i ask is, that my son wants to get into farming, but not cattle or sheep. he is doing his own research into it at the moment, but i said would ask on here too see if there was anyone doing it. any help would be greatful. atb,j

  15. hi all. i am looking for some info on deer stalking in ireland for a mate. how would he apply for a licence, and would he have too do a dsc1 course, and if so where would he do it. any advice would be much appreciated. atb,j
  16. didnt have the wired haired ones, only the smooth ones. some of the dogs came to big, but the bitches were a nice size. the ones that i seen going were very hard with no reverse gears. all in all very few worked, or stuck with it. the ones that did were good.

  19. hi mate. if it was me, i would go for a .22 mag with a sound moderator, great set up imo.
  20. a coil of rope is 40 euros, look how much that coil would save our goverments in keeping these filthy animals in prisons.also the message it would send out would be a good one. hang them all, and hang them high.

    The lottery

    a woman down the road from me won over 3.5 mil a few years ago. never spent much of it. shes going to be buried in the next 30 mins. she should have enjoyed it when she had the chance.
