  7. I agree with all you said there neil. But it is handy to have a few extra bits of equipment to help bring your dog up to top level of fitness for what your chosen sport is.definitely you cannot beat taking the dogs out and about to stimulate their mind as Well as their body.as you said the terrier man needs to be reasonably fit as well. no point the dog running flat out on the mill and him sitting there smoking 20 cigarettes drinking beer lol. atb j.

  9. Does anyone salt mackerel in the summer months. I love it. And it lasts for ages. also salted wrasse. After a few of them you would drink any brewery or lake dry lol. There was a time ever house would have their roofs covered in salted fish drying them out after the pickling before been salted and stored. Not many do it now though. Shame really. Atb j.

  20. The best food you could eat imo. They were just about an hour out of the water before they were opened a quick wash then fryed in a drop of olive oil and garlic butter. I didn't go for the bacon pieces. They were great. The best way to eat them is raw straight out of the shell. A wonderful sweet and salty meat. Will have to go walking again on the next low tide lol. atb j.
