  5. how many of you have had or seen dogs that have had bad injuries and still gone on to work to a decent standard my young bitch broke her leg 6 weeks ago now and had it plated and pinned but vet says the screws and plate will have to be left in but the pin can come out so just wanted to hear first hand experiance my bitch was 9 month when it happened and she is using the leg like it didnt happen still keep her on the lead at all time even to go toilet but she like a kangaroo on speed anyone else got a story give me a bit of hope ?

  7. I like to get young dogs out early not to do much but to let them see hear smell and do different things think it makes for a more clever/smarter dog when older nice pup and pack but I wouldn't walk it that long IF you did

Cheers roly the bull x will be fine and I really hope the sal/bull/grey can work as she was turnin into a proper athlete and now she is like a kangaroo she got off the leed on garden other day when took her toilet and she went mental running about jumping I was shooting myself chasing her lol she will run but with the screws in her leg permanently any knocks might cause problems hope not but we just have to bide our time

She been vets had some pain relief vet was ok he said no point doin op tnite n keeping her in just take her in the morning and have her home at tea time he said it look as though there's no damage to the lining bur can't say till tmrw. I don't think I could ever give them up n couldn't keep a working dog without working it so think just get them insured n carry on It's good to know im not only one with bad luck lol n buster has your dog been sleepin with any more cats lol n nice to meet you bogger
  17. They are getting insured today I been putting it off till they start workin properly but f**k that getting them covered soon as now she extremely lucky that it ain't gone through the stomach wall cuz the hole is BIG

Fuckinn nightmare I'm having with the muts going to vets AGAIN with my young bullx pup got a massive tear/ whole in her side now luckily she ain't gone through the stomach wall or it would be a PTS job ain't got a clue how she's done it but it's worst skin injury iv ever seen it's about 3 inch square hole through all her skin vet came out last night gave her shot of antibiotics n got take her in now fingers crossed again just can't understand the bad luck I keep having
