    Her dam was F,Cs Flo & the sire was Dodger owned by G Mc K. Breeding on both sides was pretty mixed. Flo was a good hare dog & Dodger was a very fast dog im told.

    Swoop was from Eves 3rd litter but only the 2nd mating to Merlin(the 2nd was to Rebel & produced Bow) She stood about 23inch smooth coated creme with black markings on ears etc & a blackish ridge down her back. She came in to her own about 2yrs old & like her brother Rooster wasnt a flying machine but when they were at the hare im told "stuck to a hare like glue". Ive been promised a photo but dont have it yet

    Heres a 5/8 greyhound 3/8 border collie from a half X dam to a 3/4 bred sire. Some of the litter favoured the halfX & others favoured the 3/4 sire

    Whippet or hardblood is often a very hard thing to predict. Sire of my dog(below) was a salukiXhardblood & he was 22 ,&half inch at 4 & a half months but made 26inch. Litter mates were 28 & 23inch.     Lovely strong dog ,is he from the same litter as Miles bitch? yes hes litter brother to miles bitch ..he is a strong dog inan..better pic of him here just running local to me early november last season...not the best of hares but they can be tricky somtimes.,.,good days flushing though,,and good for getting the fitness up for down the road.,.. out back.jpg have u ever bred any pups off him mate When it comes to breeding he was no problem at all from what ive seen

    Simply put, there are far too many people who rate the dog having seen it run for it not to be a decent animal. Myself i have only seen it on DVD but Lucas is a dog mentioned frequently over the past few years as a quality animal & if he wasnt then im sure there wouldnt be such a clamour over his DVD

    Steve Barton used to compete for Wales in the NL&RC Field Trials with his GSD X Greyhound dogs. There were 3/4 breds bred but i never seen them run

    The dam Socks lines go right back to G Smiths Flyx J Springthorpes pure greyhound &Fly X Toby The Hoover.. She is bred from Reds litter sister to Reds son Max. Red being sired by Drax who was sired by Rooster{MERLINxEVE}..She has bn ran over 6yrs & is quality from a long line of quality so jack reds brother would have a very stong gene merlin and eve? or even his offspring No , jack and red not litter brothers , but both close realated to merlin & eve , and both of age 13 yrs old or something. i thought g.d red and jack were litter brothers JACK WHO BRED HEIDI& GAR
